背景：新冠肺炎肆虐全球，其高傳染率與致死率造成護理人員於疫情 間面臨諸多的壓力與擔憂，若其情緒累積尚未得到緩解，將影響病人的照護品質，故了解護理人員疫情期間的內心感受顯得更為重要。
目的：本研究旨在瞭解護理人員照護新型冠狀肺炎病患之心路歷程。
方法：本研究採敘事性研究法，以立意取樣方式，共收案6位有實際參與照護新型冠狀肺炎病患之護理人員並以半結構性訪談方式收集資料，收案時間為2021年2月1日至7月31日，每人訪談一至二次，依據Lieblich et al.(2008)敘事研究之「整體-內容」模式進行第一次整體脈絡資料分析，第二次以「類別-內容」模式並將脈絡經驗群聚分類。
結果：本研究結果依循6位研究對象的故事情節脈絡，分析每個故事的脈絡經驗進行群聚分類，共歸納出7個次主題，再依照次主題的相似及相異處歸納出3個主題，分別為：(一)面對病毒，深陷恐懼：缺乏新冠肺炎照護經驗，備感不安、罹病後未有治療特效藥，備感憂慮(二)身歷險境，面對挑戰：身處嚴峻的醫療環境，情緒不穩、自我意識與工作職責間的抉擇、自我情緒往肚裡吞、(三)面對困境，自我調適：專業防疫知識不足，備感壓力、面對疫情深感無力，尋求內外在支持。
臨床應用：本研究結果可提供給各醫療院所、政府相關部門和護理相關團體參考，使其了解護理人員在照護高傳染性疾病病患時，所面臨之挑戰及需求，提供相關資源及協助，提高護理人員照護高傳染性疾病患者的能力。

Background: The coronavirus disease is raging throughout the world, and its high infection and fatality rates will be causing a lot of pressure and worries for nurses. If their mood is not adjusted properly, the quality of patient care may be affected. Therefore, it is more important to understand the inner feelings of nursing staff during the epidemic.
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to understand the psychological process of nursing staff in caring for patients with Coronavirus Disease.
Methods: It adopts a narrative research method and a total of 6 nurses who actually participated in caring for patients with coronavirus disease were collected. Data was collected through semi-structure interviews from February 1st to July 31st, 2021. Each research subjects were interviewed one to two times. First overall contextual data analysis based on the “Integrate-content” model of narrative research by Lieblich et al.(2008). The second data analysis was to use the “Category-Content” model to cluster and classify the contextual experiences.
Result: The results of this research include the psychological process of 6 research subjects in caring for patients with Coronavirus Disease. According to the storyline of the 6 research subjects, the researcher classifies the contextual experience of each story into 7 sub-themes, and then summarizes 3 themes according to the similarities and differences of the sub-themes, including: (1) Facing the virus, falling into fear: lack of experience in caring for patients with Coronavirus disease，feel uneasy, there is no effective drugs for treatment to this disease，feel worried; (2) Being in danger and facing challenges: Being in a harsh medical environment，feel emotional instability , the choice between self-awareness and job responsibilities, self-digestion of emotions; (3) Faced with difficulties, self-adjustment: Insufficient professional knowledge of epidemic prevention, feel pressure, feeling powerless in the face of the epidemic, seek internal and external support.
Practical application：the results of this research can be provided to medical institutions, government departments, and nursing-related groups, so that they can understand the challenges and needs of nursing staff in caring for patients with highly infectious diseases and provide relevant resources and assistance to enhance the willingness of nursing staff to care for patients with highly infectious diseases.
