本研究目的為探討社區慢性阻塞性肺病吸菸者健康識能與戒菸戒菸意圖相關性,自 2021年8 月 11 日至2021 年12 月 10 日止,以社區慢性阻塞性肺病吸菸者為收案對象,以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森相關分析,完成有效問卷137份,回收率97.9%。
結果顯示社區慢性阻塞性肺病吸菸者之健康識能總分平均為 10.64(SD=0.84),健康識能與性別、年齡、教育程度、經濟狀況、有無共病、是否知道政府戒菸有補助、抽煙時間(年)、COPD病史等,具有統計上的顯著相關,其餘變項如婚姻、職業、同住者吸菸情形、同住者勸戒菸、每日菸量(支)、COPD認知皆未達統計上顯著相關。無戒菸意圖者為105位、有戒菸意圖者為32位,顯示76.6%吸菸者無戒菸意圖,且僅與經濟狀況、職業、年齡及有無共病上具有統計上顯著相關,其餘變項如婚姻、性別、教育程度、抽煙時間(年)、每日的菸量(支)、同住者吸菸情形、同住者勸戒菸、是否知道政府有戒菸補助、COPD病史,COPD認知在統計上皆未達顯著相關。健康識能總分與戒菸意圖未具有統計上顯著相關。
本研究結果顯示健康識能與戒菸意圖未具有顯著相關,雖然可設計淺顯易懂教材,提升個案健康識能程度,進而促使個案戒菸行為,但戒菸行為尚須考慮戒菸自我效能及對尼古丁的依賴,建議未來規劃戒菸活動時,可納入自我效能及對尼古丁的依賴,以強化戒菸動機、戒菸自信心及戒菸過程中身體產生不適之感,更能成功戒菸。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between health literacy and smoking cessation intention of community COPD smokers. From August 11, 2021 to December 10, 2021, community COPD smokers were enrolled. 137 valid questionnaires were completed by independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance and Pearson correlation analysis, and the recovery rate was 97.9%.
The results showed that the average total score of health literacy among COPD smokers in the community was 10.64 (SD=0.84). Smoking time (years), history of COPD, etc., have a statistically significant correlation, and other variables such as marriage, occupation, smoking status of the co-resident, smoking cessation by co-residents, daily cigarettes (cigarettes), and COPD cognition were not found. statistically significant correlation. There are 105 people who have no intention to quit smoking, and 32 people who have the intention to quit smoking. It shows that 76.6% of the smokers have no intention to quit smoking, and it is only statistically significantly related to economic status, occupation, age, and comorbidities. Other variables are as follows: Marriage, gender, education level, smoking time (years), daily cigarettes (cigarettes), smoking status of co-residents, co-residents persuaded to quit smoking, knowing whether the government has subsidies for smoking cessation, history of COPD, COPD cognition in statistics were not significantly correlated. There was no statistically significant association between the total health literacy score and smoking cessation intention.
The results of this study show that there is no significant correlation between health literacy and smoking cessation intention. Although simple and easy-to-understand textbooks can be designed to improve the health literacy of individual cases, and then promote smoking cessation behavior, smoking cessation behavior still needs to consider smoking cessation self-efficacy and dependence on nicotine It is suggested that self-efficacy and dependence on nicotine can be included when planning smoking cessation activities in the future to strengthen smoking cessation motivation, self-confidence and physical discomfort during smoking cessation, and more successful smoking cessation.
