面對經濟環境的快速變遷,企業須採取更靈活的策略與佈局,才能在產業中搶得先
機,此時更仰賴跨專業多功能的員工,而工作輪調即是培育通才的主要作法,在實施工
作輪調後,企業相當重視的組織績效、工作輪調是否有正面顯著的影響,相當值得進一
步探討。本研究除探討工作輪調與組織績效之關係外,同時亦加入個人屬性構面去探討,
希望藉由實證的研究作為學術研究與企業管理改善方向。研究結果發現:(1)探討員工
不同的個人屬性對員工的工作輪調有正向影響;(2)探討員工不同的個人屬性對組織績
效有正向影響;(3)探討員工工作輪調對組織績效有正向影響。
Business need to take more flexible strategies and arrangement to cope with economy
environment nowadays. At this time, they rely more on multi-disciplinary and
multi-functional employees, and job rotation is the main method for cultivating generalists.
After the implementation of job rotation, whether the organizational performance that the
company attaches great importance to and whether the job rotation has a positive and
significant impact is worth further discussion. This study not only explores the relationship
between job rotation and organizational performance, but also adds personal attribute
variables to explore, hoping to use empirical research as a direction for academic research
and business management improvement. The results of the study found that: (1) the different
personal attributes of employees have a positive impact on employees' job rotation; (2) the
different personal attributes of employees have a positive impact on organizational
performance; (3) the relationship between employee job rotations there is a positive impact
on organizational performance.
