本研究目的在探究COVID-19疫情期間,公務員支援防疫工作,面對疫情的威脅,希冀通過增強韌性,提高公務員對防疫工作的敬業,同時也探討COVID-19危機強度對公務員執行防疫工作的心理狀態及工作行為之影響。
本研究以新北市、臺北市、桃園市區公所之公務員為研究對象,透過問卷調查法,發放320份問卷,回收有效問卷306份,有效問卷回收率為96%,使用統計軟體SPSS進行資料分析,進行假設驗證,研究結果顯示:(1)主管支持和自我效能感對韌性有正向關係;(2)韌性對工作敬業有正向關係;(3)韌性在主管支持、家人和朋友的支持、設備便利性及自我效能感間具有中介效果;(4)COVID-19危機強度對工作敬業與工作負責有負向關係。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the impact of Public servants' support for epidemic prevention on work engagement during the COVID-19 epidemic. By enhancing the resilience of civil servants, their perception of work engagement can be improved. This paper also explores the impact of the strength of the COVID-19 crisis on civil servants' job engagement and job responsibility.
This study takes public servants in New Taipei City, Taipei City, and Taoyuan City Offices as the research objects. There are 320 questionnaires distributed and 306 valid questionnaires are recovered, and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 96%. SPSS Statistical software was used to perform data analysis and verify the research hypotheses. The results revealed that: (1) supervisor support and self-efficacy were positively correlated with resilience; (2) Resilience was positively correlated with work engagement; (3) Resilience mediated the relationships between supervisor support, family and friends support, equipment convenience, and self-efficacy. (4) COVID-19 crisis was negatively correlated with work engagement and job responsibility.
