Hsinchu Science Industrial Park occupies important positions in the wafer foundry and packaging industries and has become a model of technology industry in Taiwan. Hsinchu Science Industrial Park has cultivated many outstanding talents, developed, and established Taiwan's high-tech industries, flourished around the world, and created a global reputation and innovated actively to promote innovation and transformation development. However, the continuous development of science and technology and the progressive innovation of the old have also increased the work pressure of staff; consequently, it has become quite difficult to make employees feel ratification under a stressful work environment. In view of this, this thesis specifically studies HI Technology Company in Hsinchu City to explore the coping strategies of employees of the company while facing with work stress in the workplace and to analyze the correlation between work stress and organizational identity. Starting from the macroscopic perspective of the technology industry, the thesis finds that the correlation between work pressure and organizational identity are positively exist. The study concludes that when the work pressure is high, the more bonuses and salary increase, the more organizational identification the employees increase. On the contrary, when the work pressure is low, the reward is reduced and the salary is not increased, the employee's willingness to stay in the job will be lower. The thesis suggests that when the situation permits, the company should reward their employees and increase in salary which indicating that the company values their employees. As a result, when the work pressure is high, the employee's commitment to the company and organizational identity will also be greatly improved.
