IPCC(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change of the UN , IPCC)氣候變遷2021年評估報告,從2013評估報告發布以來,臺灣各地氣溫會持續上升。
With urban development, global warming and heat island effect are becoming more and more serious. According to the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change of the UN, IPCC) Climate Change 2021 Assessment Report, the temperature in Taiwan will continue to rise since the release of the 2013 assessment report. In recent years, outdoor thermal comfort research has become an increasingly important research project in many international academic papers. Most of the current thermal comfort indicators use the new Standard Effective Temperature (SET*) (Gagge, Fobelets & Berglund, 1986) or Physiologically Equivalent Temperature (PET) (Höppe, 1986). Temperature) (Höppe, 1999, 2002), the present study utilized the more accurate mPET (modified Physiologically Equivalent Temperature) (Chen et al., 2020; Chen & Matzarakis, 2018). Matzarakis, 2018) in order to achieve more accurate values.
This study is divided into two parts, the first part is to conduct a large surface temperature inversion using US Landsat imagery to observe the cooling effect of the park on the city; the second part is to actually measure the air temperature, black-bulb temperature, and humidity inside the park, which is converted to the temperature of the park by the software Rayman (Matzarakis et al., 2007; Matzarakis et al., 2010). (Matzarakis et al., 2007; Matzarakis et al., 2010) to analyze whether the microclimate design of the central park meets the ideal plan of the original designers.
A total of 32 measurement points were selected from the north, middle, and south areas of the park, and the microclimate garden area. After the actual measurement, it was found that: (1) even though the overall ambient temperature increased, the original hot spot of Shuinan Airport was planned as a park, and it did achieve the effect of local cooling of the city; (2) after the actual measurement inside the park, it was found that the design planning did not match the actual measurement results, and the thermal feeling mostly fell in hot and very hot, and the humidity was mostly high and could not reach the ideal of dryness; (3) it was confirmed that the sky visibility and This study found that although the planning of Taichung Central Park did not achieve the initial ideal temperature configuration, the shading effect can be one of the considerations for future park planning and provide a good basis for the design of future space planning. This study found that although the temperature configuration of the central park in Taichung did not meet the initial ideal, the shading effect can be used as one of the considerations for future park planning and provide a reference for future space planning and design.
