This paper examines the author's creative works from 2017 to 2022. Starting from the author's painting creation during her college years, the paper records the author's life trajectory since 2017. In this paper, the author explores the inner experience and interrelationship between people. Through writing this thesis, the author's creative process is integrated by analyzing her personal emotional experience. In his book A smile amidst the waning flowers of silence: Tai Ching-Nung and his Times, Chiang Xun said, "Ink wash painting is actually the realization of water streaks. Water, unlike oil, has a particularly flexible life. While Western oil paints are fixed on the canvas, Chinese ink permeates and disperses on the paper and silk; the former pursues a concrete and visible image, while the latter blends ink with water, and the traces of water overlap, just a fading and distant state of mind."
The author's perception of ink and wash is also the same. In the process of refining between ink and brush, the author indulges in the changes of color and water light. As time passes, the luster gradually fades away, just like the traces of life itself. Even though people and things have changed with the passage of time, the thoughts and spirits at each stage of life still reside in the space of paper created by the author. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the author's past life experiences and creative background, establishes the motivation and purpose of the thesis, and constructs the study methods and classification. In Chapter 2, the author's own works are compared with those of contemporary artists through documentary research, from which a discussion of the author's artistic style is established, and the author's viewpoint is presented based on her observations of contemporary art. Chapter 3 integrates the author's creative contexts at various stages, documenting the author's state of mind and temporal context in the creative process. In Chapter 4, the new stage of creative research is displayed in a solo exhibition. Chapter 5 summarizes the relationship between art and the author, as well as reflections on art creation and expectations for the future.
