隨著民眾對醫療照護品質的重視,在醫院人力中占一半的護理人員成為這個架構下的骨幹,也是與患者相處最直接的醫療專業人員。社會對護理師有許多期待,加上護理師多為女性,負擔職場工作之外往往還需身兼家庭事務,本研究嘗試找出焦慮與生理指標之關聯性,期待能透過生理指標的變化,提早識別出憂鬱、焦慮及壓力程度過大之女性護理師,保護護理師免於情緒與壓力之傷害。本研究以在醫院任職的門診女性護理師為研究對象,招募年齡介於25至54歲之生理女性二十名,探究憂鬱、焦慮及壓力及生理指表之關聯,研究採參與者內設計,受試者佩戴小米手環5紀錄生理指標,並於工作壓力事件時填寫線上表單「憂鬱、焦慮和壓力量表」。本研究旨在探究:(1)探討生理指標與憂鬱、焦慮及工作壓力的相關程度;(2)探討人格特質與生理指標之關聯性;(3)探討工作滿意度與生理指標之關聯性;以及(4)考驗生理指標對憂鬱或焦慮程度的預測性。
本研究之結果中顯示:(1)生理指標對受試者的自覺情緒與工作滿意度並無預測性,生理指標對人格特質亦無預測性;並(2)發現平均上班心率高於下班心率;(3)主管的領導風格會影響護理師之焦慮程度;(4)具經驗開放性人格特質的護理師更容易在專業自主與發展及護理工作的負荷中覺得滿意。
Due to the public has become more concerned about the quality of medical care, nursing staff, account half of the hospital manpower, are the backbone of this structure, and are the most direct contact with patients. The society has many expectations for nurses, and the majority of nurses are women. They not only have to bear the pressure of work, but also need to do family affairs. This study attempts to find the correlation between depression、anxiety、stress and physiological parameter, and hoped that through the changes in physiological parameter, depression、anxiety and stress can be identified early, so that nurses have the opportunity to be protected from the hazardous to the health caused by depression、anxiety and stress.This study took female outpatient nurses working in hospitals as the research object to explore the relationship between depression、anxiety、stress and physiological parameter. We enroll 20 female nurses between 25 to 54 years old. The design of the study was designed in-participants. The subjects were required to wear the Mi Band 5 for one week, record the physiological data, and fill in the Google online form "Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21)" when experiencing stressful events at work. Research expectations aim at: (1) Explore the correlation between depression、anxiety、stress and physiological parameter; (2) Explore the correlation between personal trait and physiological parameter; (3)Explore the correlation between job satisfaction and physiological parameter; and (4)Test the predictability of physiological parameter for the degree of depression or anxiety.
This study found that: (1)physiological parameter did not predict subjects' conscious emotions and job satisfaction, nor did physiological parameter predict personality traits. This study also found that (2)the average working heart rate was higher than the heart rate off-work, (3)the supervisor's leadership style would affect the nurse's working performance, and (4)had openness personality traits are more likely to feel satisfied in nursing workload.
