共享經濟是一個新的商業模式,其中在旅宿業中以Airbnb平台為最著名例子,現有的研究中大多討論住宿提供者與使用者之間的關係,例如:忠誠度、滿意度等,儘管目前有研究探討Airbnb平台,但鮮少以S-O-R理論框架探討利用資訊系統成功模型中三項品質構面討論使用者的持續使用意圖。因此本研究利用資訊系統成功模型三項品質構面為基礎進行討論,以S-O-R框架進行討論,了解使用者感知價值與滿意度對持續使用意圖的影響。
本研究採用問卷調查法,探討共享經濟平台使用者持續使用意圖之因素,實驗對象為Airbnb共享平台的使用者,並分析三項品質構面對於使用者滿意度與感知價值的影響以及後續對平台的影響。
研究的結果表明,系統品質、資訊品質與服務品質皆對使用者滿意度有顯著影響,且使用者滿意度對持續使用意圖也為顯著影響;系統品質與服務品質對感知價值有顯著影響,但感知價值對持續使用意圖沒有顯著影響,交易安全對使用者感知價值與滿意度都沒有顯著影響。

The sharing economy is a new business model, and the Airbnb platform is the most famous example in the hotel industry. Most of the existing studies discuss the relationship between the accommodation providers and the users, such as: loyalty, satisfaction, etc. Although some current studies have discussed the Airbnb platform, but few of them have discussed the user's continued use intention by using the three quality aspects of the information system success model in the framework of S-O-R theory. Therefore, this study uses the three quality dimensions of the information system success model as the basis for discussion, and discusses the S-O-R framework to understand the impact of users' perceived value and satisfaction on continued use intention.
This research uses a questionnaire survey method to explore the factors of the users' continued use intention of the sharing economy platform. The experimental object is the users of the Airbnb sharing platform, and analyzes the impact of three quality dimensions on user's satisfaction and perceived value, and the subsequent impact on the platform.
The results of the study show that system quality, information quality and service quality all have a significant impact on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction also has a significant impact on continued use intention; system quality and service quality have a significant impact on perceived value, but perceived value has no significant effect on continued use intention, and transaction security has no significant effect on users' perceived value and satisfaction.
