摘要
背景:運動的盛行伴隨運動傷害增加,功能性動作檢測 (Functional Movement Screen; FMS)能矯正動作,降低運動傷害的影響。目的:以FMS評估動作控制能力較差,深蹲單項未得滿分者加以矯正訓練而改善深蹲動作品質及FMS綜合表現。方法:招募參與者,簽署知情同意書後進行FMS檢測,排除深蹲單項0分及3分者將其隨機分配為實驗組及控制組,實驗組進行每週兩次共七次的矯正訓練,第四週進行FMS後測,觀察訓練介入,控制組僅進行前後FMS測驗,期間無身體活動限制。結果:共收取41名參與者,年齡為20-39歲,實驗組20名及控制組21名。經四週矯正訓練後,實驗組深蹲單項分數由1.55分進步至2.35分,FMS綜合評分由11.15分進步至13分,無運動習慣者深蹲、左側旋轉穩定之進步效益較有運動習慣者好;無運動習慣者於左腳跨欄、左肩活動度及FMS總分進步效益較有運動習慣者弱。結論:僅四週共七次的訓練便能明顯提升參與者深蹲及FMS綜合評分,結果可提供臨床上深蹲表現不佳之個體作為矯正訓練之參考。
Abstract
Background: The sports injury rate is increasing as exercise prevalence is higher. Functional movement screen (FMS) is a non-invasive measurement of predicting the risk of injury with good reliability and validity for physical therapist and sports physician. Less corrective training intervention in FMS were studied. Purpose: To determine the effect of corrective exercise training on movement control for squat, we evaluate the squat score and total score of FMS measurements after 4 weeks of corrective exercise training. Furthermore, we also analyzed the changes of scores between with or without exercise-habits. Methods: Forty-one participants were recruited and randomized in control and experiment groups. The subjects squat score 0 and 3 were excluded. After the goals of the study were thoroughly explained, subjects provided written informed consent and measured the FMS score before and after the intervention. The 4-week corrective training intervention consisted 6 movements, twice a week, were applied for the experimental group. Results: A significant increase of squat score (1.55 to 2.35) and total FMS scores (11.15 to13.00) while it is remained in control group. The benefits of squat and left-rotary stability are better in without exercise-habit than with exercise-habit. The effects of left-hurdle step, left-shoulder mobility and total FMS score are weaker in without exercise-habit than with exercise-habit. Conclusion: The significant improvements of 7 times corrective training intervention in squat and total FMS scores could be a recommendation for individuals with weaker squat movement quality.
