臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究目的是透過計畫行為理論分析高雄市消防員自主水域訓練之行為意圖。總發放問卷數356份，回收問卷共323份，無效問卷共10份，有效樣本數313份，有效回收樣本率87%。研究結果顯示:
一、 計畫行為理論的應用行之有年，儘管國內透過計畫行為理論來討論國內消防員自主水域訓練的問題尚屬闕如，但從文獻回顧結果顯示，計畫行為理論可以運用在各種社會行為，包括應用在消防員自主水域訓練中。
二、 本研究受訪者基本背景分析顯示以男性為主，年齡區間以31-40歲這區間為最大宗，教育程度為大專或大學為主，職務方面以外勤非主管最多。年資方面，由於進入消防體系時間皆不同，故年資與年齡不一定成正比成長，而受試者年資多為十年以內。
三、 行為結果中，態度對於行為的影響最大最強，其次則為主觀規範，而最後知覺行為反而呈現負相關。
四、 不同單位勤務繁重程度不一，也會使消防員在自主水域訓練上的態度及知覺行為控制有不同的影響。換言之平均勤務量較大的單位，在態度上呈現較高的水平，相反的平均勤務量較少的單位，知覺行為控制上似乎有比較多的自主水域訓練的意願。
五、 自主水域訓練需加強同儕交流及尋找專人協助，同時要有適合的水域場域進行，場地上的缺乏亦是阻礙自主水域訓練因素之一。

The purpose of this study is to analyze Kaohsiung firefighter behavioral intentions training in autonomous lifesaving through the TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior). There were total 356 questionnaires distributed, 323 were recovered, 10 were invalid, and 313 were valid samples. Questionnaire-reclaiming efficiency is 87%. Research shows that:
1.TPB has been applied for many years. Although it has seldom been used for discussing the autonomous lifesaving training of domestic firefighters. However, the research shows that TPB can be used for analyzing every social behavior including autonomous lifesaving training.
2.The interviewees’ background of this research:
a. Most of the interviewees are 31-40yrs male.
b. Interviewees’ education level are college.
c. Job position are fieldwork without being the supervisor position.
d. Their job tenure are not related with their age because they didn’t become the firefighters in the same age. Their job tenure mostly under ten years.

3.According to the behavioral results, attitude has the greatest influence on behavior, the second one is subjective norm. At last, the perceived behavior is negative correlation.

4.Different work units has different working load, which will also have different effects on firefighters' attitudes and perceived behavioral control in autonomous water’s training. In other words, units with heavier working load will show the higher level attitude. On contrary, units with lighter working load seem to have higher willing to train in the autonomous lifesaving training in perceptual behavior control.

5.Autonomous lifesaving training needs to strength the communication of teammates and find the expert to help training. Meanwhile, it must be training in the proper water area. Lack of the proper training place is also the obstruction.
