　　生活中存有能夠憂鬱症恢復經驗的當事人，但對於憂鬱症的恢復，研究普遍欠缺當事人觀點，同時鮮少對憂鬱症者的自我歷程有詳細的描述。本研究為憂鬱症的自我歷程經驗探究，欲探索具有憂鬱症恢復經驗之當事人的自我歷程。研究採敘事探究作為研究方法，共招募三位研究參與者進行線上訪談。經整體-內容分析，研究結果發現：憂鬱症與自我相連的現象會成為憂鬱症當事人的自我建構；而當事人與診斷不同的生活經驗促使其尋找更適合自身的描述；當事人將依生活經歷中的自助行動形塑個人化的知識，詮釋過往生命史與憂鬱症的關係，生活型態逐漸轉變，催化自我歷程；最後，自我歷程轉向建構個人化的恢復歷程，並導向未來的生涯決定。透過這些共通的主題，憂鬱症者的自我歷程創造自身對於自我、憂鬱症、恢復歷程個人而系統化的知識，於此同時，當事人也透過自助行動，尋求、創造並積極實踐內在價值。

　　People can experience a transition from depression to recovery that differs from the treatment process. They can live through acceptability, although somewhat melancholy. Few studies have focused on clients' perceptions of the recovery process, as well as self-processes during depression. The current study thus explored the self-process experience in depression for those who have recovered from depression.
A narrative inquiry was used with a holistic-content analysis of qualitative research. Three participants were recruited to complete online interviews. For the participants, the results show that depression is combined with the self and is confused with self-construction. They become increasingly aware of differences in life experiences and diagnoses. Their unique narrative was then formed rather than given a diagnosis. Participants acquired knowledge about themselves based on self-help actions in their real life and interpreted the relationship between the past self and depression. With these interpretations, their lifestyles changed, gradually catalyzing the self-processing. Finally, participants were redirected toward structuring individualized recovery journeys in self-processing, which might even lead to future career decisions.
People who have had depression can create a personal and systematic knowledge of the self, depression, and the recovery process. At the same time, their intrinsic value is also sought, created, and actively practiced in self-help actions. This provides insights into self-processes during depression.
