管理顧問行業主要提供的是策略諮詢服務,針對客戶需要解決的問題提供解決方案,換句話說依照客戶的經營期望,包括:企業目標、經營現狀、行業趨勢、環境變化、風險評估、資本投入等。簡而言之,管理諮詢是一種幫助組織解決管理問題的定製化專業服務。管理顧問是以客戶為導向的工作,過去管理顧問的工作,經常需要長時間要進入企業包括面對高階主管的會議、客戶的企業資料及資訊分析等。
現今互聯網時代下,行動裝置及網際網路的發展及COVID-19疫情衝擊全球之後,已徹底改變管理顧問業服務方式及生態系統商業模式,遠距服務及O2O儼然成為新趨勢,所以管理顧問業必須尋求未來線上結合線下的O2O經營轉型的新契機,為客戶呈現最高品質的解決方案。本研究試圖以針對管理顧問業建構出創新的商業模式,並運用TRIZ方法分析找出核心問題,並提出具體解決方案。最終從個案研中發展出1、短期策略以提升數位化之價值創新的產品及服務,加強管理顧問數位化職能提升管理顧問的核心競爭能力。2、中期營銷策略採用創新聯盟制度,鼓勵優質夥伴共用資源、共同創業,創造共贏,成為企業永續經營之目標。3、長期策略為技術傳承及跨業策略聯盟及與管理顧同業攜手計畫,進行資源整合,創造管理顧問業創新生態系統的商業模式。並建構永續發展之經營模式。

The management consulting industry mainly provides strategic consulting services, providing solutions for the problems that customers need to solve. Simply put, management consulting is a customized professional service that helps organizations solve management problems. Management consultants are customer-oriented jobs. In the past, management consultants often required long-term entry into the company, including meetings with senior executives, and analysis of customers' corporate data and information.
In today's Internet era, the development of mobile devices and the Internet and the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the world have completely changed the management consulting industry's service methods and ecosystem business models. Remote services and O2O have become new trends. Therefore, management consulting The industry must seek new opportunities for the transformation of online and offline O2O operations in the future, and present the highest quality solutions to customers. This study attempts to construct an innovative business model for the management consulting industry and uses the TRIZ method to analyze and find out the core problems and propose specific solutions. Finally developed from case study: 1. Short-term strategies to enhance digital value and innovative products and services, strengthen the digital function of management consultants and enhance the core competitiveness of management consultants. 2. The medium-term marketing strategy adopts the innovative alliance system to encourage high-quality partners to share resources, start a business together, and create a win-win situation, which has become the goal of sustainable enterprise management. 3. The long-term strategy is technology inheritance and cross-industry strategic alliances and joint plans with management consultants to integrate resources and create a business model for the management consulting industry innovation ecosystem. And build a sustainable business model.
