本研究採用Chen（2014、2015）所發展的「關懷與正義、功效與正義、傳統規範與正義道德思維兩難情境量表」，從三種不同層面的道德衝突，針對青少年（國中、高中）可能的道德思維傾向進行探討，包含量表的心理計量特徵、青少年在不同情境下不同立場的表現情形、青少年在不同關懷情境下不同親疏遠近差異的表現情形、以及不同背景變項青少年的道德表現差異。研究者經問卷施測徵得263位有效樣本進行資料分析，透過因素分析得到量表的三個主要因素，分別命名為「關懷」、「功效」、「傳統規範」，量表也大致呈現良好的信效度指標。而透過二因子相依變異數分析發現，不同情境、不同判斷立場、不同關懷情境、不同親疏遠近對象均會影響受試者的道德判斷傾向。在不同判斷立場上，當受試者置身情境時會傾向做出關懷、功效、與傳統規範的判斷。在不同親疏遠近對象上，大致呈現從父母至陌生人，受試者做出關懷判斷的傾向會越來越低。最後背景變項的分析結果，在性別以及有無兄弟結妹的背景變項上，有顯著影響受試者的道德判斷表現。

The three scales of care v. justice, utilitarianism v. justice, and convention v. justice were used to explore the tendency of moral reasoning of adolescents. Issues discussed include psychometric properties of the scales, the performance of adolescents across different situations and standpoints. Under the care v. justice scale, the effect of differences in intimacy distance and background variables on moral judgments was also studied. The sample is composed of 263 subjects. Factor analysis was employed to validate the scales. The results of two-way ANOVA analysis indicated that different situations, standpoints, and intimacy distance are associated with differences in moral judgments. Adopting situated standpoint tended to make subjects be more inclined to reach care, utilitarian, and conventional judgments. The closer the intimacy distance, the more care-oriented judgment would likely be made. Gender and having no siblings are the background variables causing significant differences in moral judgments.
