隨著全球化與科技進步,產業面臨的環境不斷變動,企業需要提升對市場變化的靈敏度並能有足夠快速應變的能力,以任務為主的組織能夠在短期內的達成目標。
撼訊科技是繪圖晶片顯示卡的品牌商,個案在擺脫上一波挖礦潮的積累後,一系列新產品發布帶來新的展望,但同時面臨中美貿易關稅壁壘、新冠疫情爆發、貨櫃輪 擱淺、供應鏈短缺、挖礦需求增加等不但影響企業的銷售策略也改變銷售市場的環境。本個案對於面臨複雜環境轉變,組織及時調整應對,有其探討價值。
本論文包含個案內容與教師手冊,透過本論文可以讓讀者了解企業面對不確定且 複雜變化的環境,進行環境分析,掌握企業組織可利用的資源,Scrum架構應用於內部組成敏捷的專案團隊短時間內達成任務,固定的專案目標可建構標準的專案計畫模組,藉由專案進行跨部門溝通帶動整個企業,公司內部也會形成一股力量一起前進, 推動巨大的輪圈,迴圈會越來越大,形成正向循環的飛輪效應。
With the globalization and the advance of the science and technology, the industries are facing the environment changes. Enterprises need to improve their sensitivity to the market changes and their abilities to respond the changes. A mission-based organization in the company can complete the project within a certain period.
TUL corporation is the graphic card manufacture and the brand holder. After TUL got rid of the access stock from the last wave of mining, a series of the new products launch brought the new resolutions. The complex environments which are Sino-US tariff barriers, COVID-19 pandemic, Ever Given Ship stuck in Suez Canal, the supply chain in short and the mining demand increasing, not only impact the company’s sales strategy but the sales market. This case is worthy of being discussed to understand how to adjust the organization and have the agile team to react the market changes in time.
Readers understand that when enterprises face with uncertain and complex changing environments, they can analyze the environment and leverage the available resource. The company can organize the cross-functional Scrum team to accomplish the mission in a certain period. The project model has the standard operation process and the team can apply it to other similar projects. Through the cooperating and communicating with other departments, the relevant teams can more understand our targets and changes. The company improves their sensitivity to the market changes .The process resembles pushing a giant, heavy flywheel, turn upon turn, building momentum until a point of breakthrough, and beyond. It is flywheels effect.
