This research is in response to the recent China-US trade war and the impact of the covid-19 epidemic, the heat and demand for semiconductor chips have been increasing.
With the increasing complexity of semiconductor manufacturing process, high computing and memory requirements will be encountered in circuit design. If a cloud server and automated electronic design companies cooperate to form a complete semiconductor design ecosystem, it can not only help customers shorten the chip design process, and, through the design ecology of the cloud alliance, it will give some new startups with competitive advantages, so that the products can successfully obtain the market.
In addition, through practical analysis, it discusses how to use the strategy of cloud design alliance to increase revenue growth and strengthen its own competitive advantage through OIP.
This research first uses the Five Forces to analyze practical cases, finds out the optimal strategy mode, and then utilizes the systematic development of this important one-mile cloud alliance. Finally, it uses the theory of competition and cooperation to interpret the main strategic policy.
