本論文針對研製網路節點控制器與放電加工機整合進行研究,節點控制採用EtherCAT (Ethernet for Control Automation technology)現場總線做為整體通訊,並以CoE(CANopen over EtherCAT)做為EtherCAT應用層通訊,透過TwinCAT (The Windows Control and Automation Technology)做為主站來建立對各從站節點之網路連線,開發監控介面程式對主站進行控制NC (Numerical Control)傾斜軸的方向與角度和加工機三軸進行溝通與控制,並在控制器上建置Web伺服器以Http通訊協定做溝通,WebClient人機上做基本的參數設定,控制介面連接機台來進行機台操作,以及監控介面對主站進行資料連結建置一套具備即時監控與資料擷取的SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)系統,完善整體產線之間,加工機台與設備間之即時性操作和廠務人員之即時性防護。至於自動化產線整合,以放電加工機作為核心機具,運用EtherCAT網路整合NC傾斜軸並連結放電加工機,建立自動化網路控制站。加工流程是由網路控制器下達工作指令,NC傾斜軸進行角度位置改變,而由放電加工機進行加工,NC傾斜軸將加工件轉到加工角度以進行加工,直到完整加工程序完成。整體產線實現工具機與設備間之智能溝通,以達到新型工具機的智能控制與產能提升之目標。
In this thesis, the networking node controllers are designed and implemented by applying the EtherCAT communication for the EDM intelligent production line. The EtherCAT field bus is used as the overall networking protocol for integrating the node controller of production line, in which CoE (CANopen over EtherCAT) is responsible for the high-level application layer of EtherCAT communication. Through the EtherCAT network, the master station connects and commands to each slave node. The monitoring interface program is developed to control the directions and angles of NC tilt axes and the three-axes machine tool through the master station with TwinCAT function. The node controller has built-in web server which communicates with the HTTP communication protocol as human machine interface (HMI) to perform basic parameter settings and remote operations by WebClient interface. The monitoring program is used to fulfill data-link function on the main station and construct the supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA). The SCADA system is implemented to upgrade the real-time operation performance between the processing machines in production line and to improve the real-time protection of factory personnel. In the automated production line integration, the electric discharge machine (EDM) is used as the core machine tool which integrates the NC tilt axis and EDM to construct an automated control production line by EtherCAT networking. The manufacturing processes are that the network controller issues work orders, the NC tilts axes change the angles and positions, and then the electric discharge machine is used for machining. The NC tilt axes are responsible for turning the workpiece to the processing angle for machining until the manufacturing processes are completed. The overall production line realizes intelligent communication and integration between machine tools and equipment, so as to achieve the goal of intelligent control and productivity improvement for the innovative machine tools.
