美食平台外送員近年來是一種新型的打工型態,過去研究指出,外 送員工作中常發生各種負面事件,而工作中的擔憂會引起焦慮,甚至影響到正常生活,然而,外送員工作中也常遇到樂趣之事件,而工作中的樂趣有助於提升工作效率。過去研究鮮少探討美食平台外送員擔憂與樂 趣之議題,因此本研究採用深度訪談法與內容分析法深入探討美食平台 外送員之擔憂與樂趣。本研究邀請20位美食平台外送員進行深度訪談, 經過嚴謹的內容分析法萃取,可歸納出六大擔憂來源之類目:(1)平 台規範、(2)商家、(3)其他外送員、(4)配送過程、(5)消費者、以及(6)疫情,而此六個主類目中中又可細分為16個次類目。在樂趣來源可歸納出五大樂趣來源之類目:(1)平台規範、(2)商家、(3)其他外送員、(4)配送過程、以及(5)消費者,而此五大主類目中又可細分為9個次類目。最後,本研究提出相關研究結論、理論意涵、管理意涵與未來研究指建議。
Food platform delivery workers are a new type of work in recent years. Past research has pointed out that various negative events often occur in the food delivery drivers and worries at work caused anxiety and even affect normal life. However, delivery workers work in fun events are often encountered in work, and fun at work helps to improve work efficiency. In the past, few studies have discussed the worry and fun of food delivery drivers. Therefore, this study adopts in-depth interview and content analysis method to deeply explore the worry and fun of delivery workers on food delivery platforms. 20 food delivery drivers were invited to conduct in-depth interviews. After rigorous content analysis, six categories of worries sources were summarised: (1) Platform regulation, (2) Merchants, ( 3) Other food delivery drives, (4) Delivery process, (5) Consumers, and (6) Epidemic, and these six main categories can be subdivided into 16 sub-categories. In the sources of fun, five categories of fun sources were summarised: (1) Platform regulation, (2) Merchants, (3) Other food delivery drivers, (4) Delivery process, and (5) Consumers, and these five main categories can be further subdivided into 9 sub-categories. Finally, this study puts forward relevant research conclusions, theoretical implications, management implications and recommendations for future research.
