本論文為一自我敘說研究,講述一位高敏感族,從童年的成長歷程至成年後的身心症狀,終在穿透恐懼後,建立起自我認同與自我照顧的生命故事。
本論文試著以自我敘說的方式,以恐懼為題,描述高敏感族常見的自我認同困境。
文本分成六部分,回顧研究者童年重要挫折經驗,成人後歷經恐慌症,自我認同的分裂與混亂,並從面對自身恐懼的歷程中,思考高敏感族的自我照顧與自我認同議題,延伸至高敏感族的人際困境,在敘說的最後,邁向整合與自我接納,進而建立自我認同並重新與人連結。
其中穿插著研究者的詩集、攝影與水彩創作,為讀者開創一個想像的藝術空間。
與文本對話中,呈現研究者兩大主題的視框位移:「我與我的關係」—研究者透過對高敏感自我的理解與肯定,突破低自我價值困境,處理對孤獨的恐懼,重新建立自我認同與照顧;在「我與人的關係」中—研究者梳理自身家庭圖像與童年挫折經驗如何交織出對與人親密的恐懼,形塑出人際關係中的權力議題,試圖轉化之,並希望透過實踐與人重新連結。透過以上兩點位移,研究者對自我與關係產生新的理解。
最後,寫給讀者三封信,提供社會關於高敏感族相關實務經驗的分享與建議。

This thesis is a self- narrative study of a highly sensitive person's life story, from childhood upbringing to the physical and psychological symptoms of adulthood. Finally, the life story of building self-identification and self-care after breaking through the fears.
This thesis represents an attempt to describe the common self-identification dilemmas of highly sensitive people in a self-described way, focusing on the topic of fear.
The content of the text is divided into six sections, which review the researcher's major childhood frustrations, adult experiences of panic disorder, fragmentation, and confusion of self-identity. Through her own experiences of fear, considering the issues of self-care and self-identity of highly sensitive people and extending the interpersonal dilemmas of highly sensitive people. At the end of the description, move toward integration and self-acceptance, and then build self-identity and reconnect with others.
The dialogue with the text presents two major thematic shifts in the researcher's perspective: "my relationship with me"- the researcher's understanding and affirmation of the highly self-sensitive, breaking through the dilemma of low self-worth, dealing with the fear of isolation, and rebuilding self-identity and care; "my relationship with people"- the researcher's sorting out how her own family images and childhood frustrations. The researcher attempts to transform the fear of intimacy and the power issues in interpersonal relationships into the desire to reconnect with people through practice. Through these two shifts, the researcher develops a new understanding of self and relationships.
In the end, the researcher wrote three letters to the readers to provide practical experience sharing and advice on highly sensitive groups.
