With society structure changing such as aging population and fewer children, family downsizing or not getting married has affected the society continuously. In the recent years, there has been some improvements on the social welfare system from the government such as smart technology for elderly.
With the development of Alot, it is important to prepare for the ultra senior society. Combining living space with the intelligent facility, from the most subtle parts to discuss the current regulations, accessibility design and current existing home smart devices.
This paper is mainly based on questionnaire surveys. The "Taiwan Senior Citizens' Demand Survey on Residence and Smart Application" is divided into two main axes: the first type of questionnaire is designed to understand the basic conditions of the elderly , and the second type is based on the international elderly welfare . The International Society for Gerontechnology (ISG ), aiming at the seven major classification principles for the development of smart elderly care technology (Xu Yeliang, 2014), made specific suggestions based on the results of this research through data collection, aggregation analysis, and a case-based planning scheme to formulate responses. The proposed model of the technology-based living space for the elderly under the development of smart facilities , and from the conclusion, the starting point of the elderly's consideration of smart facilities is to establish a "safe" living environment on the basis of "safety", so that they can gain physical and mental "" "Stable", assisting the elderly with "smart aging" through intelligent living space facilities is what the elderly look forward to.
