在台灣,易經具有舉足輕重的位置。許多人認為易經對於未來、對於生活具有預測力。近期,利用身分證字號所進行的數字易經獲得許多人的重視,數字易經將人格分類成8類,應用於人才選用上,被認為對於工作績效具有預測力,但缺乏科學的認證。因此,本研究以亮麗專業洗衣公司作為個案,47位員工參與研究,以驗證數字易經與工作自我效能及工作績效之關聯性。本研究並將已被西方哲學廣泛接受的五大人格特質列入比較。
研究結果顯示,人格特質與自我效能及人格特質與工作績效具有統計上的顯著性。經驗開放性及盡責性對於自我效能具有顯著影響力,神經質及盡責性對於工作績效具有顯著影響力。然而,數字易經對於自我效能及工作績效無顯著影響力。本研究提出四項建議,以利未來研究者使用數字易經人格分類於自我效能及工作績效關聯性的研究驗證。
The Book of I Ching plays an important role in Taiwan. Many people believe that I Ching has predictive power for the future and human life. Recently, the I Ching conducted by the use of ID card numbers has attracted the attention of many people. The application classifies personalities into 8 categories and applies them to employee selection. It is considered to predict the job performance, but lacks scientific confirmation. Therefore, this study takes Jaunty Specialty Laundry as a case study, and 47 employees participated in the research to verify the correlation between the I Ching and job self-efficacy and job performance. In this study, the five personality traits that have been widely accepted by Western philosophy are also included in the comparison.
The results showed that personality traits and job self-efficacy, and personality traits and job performance were statistically significant. Openness to experience and conscientiousness have a significant impact on job self-efficacy, while neuroticism and conscientiousness have a significant impact on job performance. However, the classifications of I Ching had no significant effect on job self-efficacy and job performance. This study provides four recommendations for future researchers to use the I Ching personality classification to verify the relationship between job self-efficacy and job performance.
