The purpose of this study was to apply Technology Acceptance Model to explore the intentions of Taiwan middle-aged and elderly use mobile payment, also include the system quality, information quality of Information Systems Success Model and visibility of Innovation Diffusion Theory. The study uses structured questionnaire survey, and a total of 420 copies are collected. After screening invalid questionnaire, 359 valid copies are selected using the analysis SPSS 21.0, including descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and regression analysis. We have several findings: (1) Gender can improve the system quality, information quality , visibility, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude. (2) Used mobile payment can improve system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude. (3) The use of card-based payment methods has a significant impact on the experience of using mobile payments. (4) Educational attainment has a significant impact on experience in using mobile payments.(5)System quality affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. (6)Information quality affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. (7) Visibility affects perceived usefulness. Based on the above findings, the following conclusion can be drawn: (1) Design a simple and easy-to-use mobile payment system to enable Middle-aged and elderly to adapt to new technologies more quickly. (2) Integrate mobile payment systems to avoid the need to adapt to different interfaces and reduce operational difficulties.
