本研究旨在探討國小教師完美主義對其自尊與焦慮之影響。研究者使用「多向度完美主義量表」、「Rosenberg自尊量表」以及研究者自編之「國小教師情境焦慮量表」作為研究工具。研究對象為全臺灣的國小教師,以網路問卷進行。研究樣本計有477人,採用結構方程模式(SEM)探討國小教師完美主義對其自尊與焦慮有何影響。
研究結果顯示:
一、 不適應性完美主義對自尊具有顯著的負向影響,而對焦慮具
有顯著的正向影響。
二、 適應性完美主義對自尊有顯著的正向影響,而對焦慮則沒有
顯著的影響。
三、 自尊對焦慮沒有顯著的影響。
四、 完美主義不會透過自尊的中介,間接地對焦慮產生影響。
五、 本研究所建構的理論模式與觀察資料相適配。
最後,依據研究結果進行討論,並且提出心理保健與未來研究之建議。

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of perfectionism on the self-esteem and anxiety of elementary school teachers. The researcher used the Multidirectional Perfectionism Scale, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and the Situational Anxiety Scale for Elementary School Teachers, which was developed by the researcher, as the research instruments. The target population was all elementary school teachers in Taiwan, and the study was conducted using an online questionnaire. The study sample consisted of 477 elementary teachers, and a structural equation model (SEM) was used to investigate the effects of perfectionism on the self-esteem and anxiety of elementary school teachers. The results of this study are shown as follows,
1. Maladaptive perfectionism has a significant negative effect on self-esteem and a significant positive effect on anxiety.
2. Adaptive perfectionism has a significant negative effect on self-esteem and anxiety. Adaptive perfectionism has a significant positive effect on self-esteem, but no significant effect on anxiety.
3. Self-esteem has no significant effect on anxiety.
4. Self-esteem does not have a significant effect on anxiety. That is, self-esteem does not meditate the relationship between perfectionism and anxiety.
5. The theoretical model constructed in this study is compatible with the observed data.
Finally, based on the results of the study, suggestions for mental health care and future research are made.
