經過60多年的發展,全球半導體材料共出現了三次創新的突破。第一代半導體材料主要是Si和Ge的發明,此發明奠定了電腦、網路和工業自動化技術發展的基礎,第二代半導體材料則是砷化鎵(GaAs)和磷化銦(InP)此發明奠定了資訊技術的發展基礎。而目前全球正在快速研發的第三代半導體材料碳化矽(SiC)、氮化鎵(GaN)等,主要是面向新一代電力電子、微波射頻和光電子應用,在新一代顯示及能源轉換等領域上有廣闊的應用前景,成為全球半導體產業發展的戰略目標。電子氣體屬於半導體八大核心材料之一,全球半導體行業協會(SEMI)調查數據顯示,電子氣體在半導體、晶圓、積體電路生產材料價值佔比13.50%,故 電子氣體是繼矽片之後的第二大半導體材料。近年來,隨著中國對晶片的大量需求及美國的強勢打壓導致於中國對於積體電路產業的重視與支持,雖近年來中國的晶片產業發展迅速,但是與國際電子氣體巨頭公司目前仍有不小的差距。
廣東H氣體股份有限公司 位於珠三角腹地佛山市南海區,創建於1999年,公司以廣東佛山為產品研發與生產基地。公司持有安全生產許可證件可從事包含研發、生產、銷售和各種特種氣體、混合氣體、電子氣體、電子化學品、醫用氣體、標準氣體等,另還有氣體相關設備及重要零件、氣瓶、醫療器械等。H公司從事各種氣體及氣體設備的研發和生產,氣體產品的種類覆蓋了普通工業氣體、電子工業用氣體、電光源氣體、超高純氣體、鐳射氣體、標準氣體、醫用氣體、食品工業用氣體等十幾個系列共200多個品種,並不斷研發新產品以滿足高端市場需求。生產低溫絕熱氣瓶、汽化器、LNG應急鋼瓶等氣體設備,工程方面則是提供系統化整合設備、管道安裝及測試。
本研究目的是以國內外電子特氣業界代表公司的產品及市佔有率來分析此行業,研究個案公司目前所擁有的外部資源與內部優勢。以商業模式九宮格的九個模組來思考與分析,重新制定市場的定位和原本經營策略下的創新商業模式。此研究希望能提供給個案公司在未來的商業策略模式更能符合公司的發展方向,使本研究能夠協助該公司在中國電子特氣市場裏開創新的局面。

After more than 60 years of development, there have been three innovative breakthroughs in global semiconductor materials. The first generation of semiconductor materials are mainly the inventions of Si and Ge, which laid the foundation for the development of computer, network and industrial automation technology. The second generation of semiconductor materials are gallium arsenide (GaAs) and indium phosphide (INP). This invention laid the foundation for the development of information technology. At present, the third generation semiconductor materials silicon carbide (SIC) and gallium nitride (GAN), which are being rapidly developed in the world, are mainly for the new generation of power electronics, microwave, RF and optoelectronic applications. They have broad application prospects in the fields of new generation display and energy conversion, and have become the strategic goal of the development of the global semiconductor industry. Electronic gas is one of the eight core materials of semiconductors. According to the survey data of the global semiconductor industry association (semi), the value of electronic gas accounts for 13.50% of the production materials of semiconductors, wafers and integrated circuits. Therefore, electronic gas is the second largest semiconductor material after silicon chips. In recent years, with China's large demand for chips and the strong pressure from the United States, China has attached importance to and supported the integrated circuit industry. Although China's chip industry has developed rapidly in recent years, there is still a large gap with the international electronic gas giant company.

Guangdong h Gas Co., Ltd. is located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, the hinterland of the Pearl River Delta. It was founded in 1999. The company takes Foshan, Guangdong Province as its product R & D and production base. The company holds safety production license and can engage in R & D, production and sales of various special gases, mixed gases, electronic gases, electronic chemicals, medical gases, standard gases, etc., as well as gas related equipment and important parts, gas cylinders, medical devices, etc. H company is engaged in the R & D and production of various gases and gas equipment. The types of gas products cover more than 200 varieties in more than a dozen series, such as ordinary industrial gas, gas for electronic industry, electric light source gas, ultra-high purity gas, laser gas, standard gas, medical gas and gas for food industry, and constantly develop new products to meet the demand of high-end market. Production of low-temperature insulated gas cylinders, vaporizers, LNG emergency cylinders and other gas equipment, engineering is to provide systematic integration equipment, pipeline installation and testing.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the products and market share of representative companies in the electronic special gas industry at home and abroad, and study the external resources and internal advantages of the case company. Think and analyze the nine modules of Jiugong grid of business model, and re formulate the market positioning and innovative business model under the original business strategy. This study hopes to provide the case company with the business strategy model in the future, which is more in line with the company's development direction, so that this study can help the company open an innovative situation in China's electronic special gas market.
