臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在探討空中進修學院成人學習者學習動機與生涯定向問題（即生涯未定向）之整體現況及其關係。本研究採用問卷調查法，以「空中進修學院學生學習動機量表」及「空中進修學院學生生涯定向問題量表」為研究工具。研究對象為110學年度空中進修學院學生，共發出問卷861份，有效回收問卷670份，有效問卷回收率為77.82%，問卷回收後經由SPSS 23.0 版進行分析，統計方法採次數分配、百分比、平均數及標準差、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析與皮爾森積差相關等方法進行資料分析，本研究結論整理如下：
一、空中進修學院學生整體學習動機達中高程度，尤以求知興趣表現最佳。
二、空中進修學院延修生的學習動機比一、二年級學生高。
三、空中進修學院學生整體生涯定向問題趨於中低程度，以生涯決策焦慮與信心不足較為明顯。
四、延修生、20歲（含）以上未滿35歲、未婚、無工作或待業中及軍公教與工作年資低的學生生涯定向問題程度相對較高。
五、不同學制、性別與教育程度之空中進修學院在學生學習動機與生涯定向問題皆無差異。
六、空中進修學院學生學習動機與生涯定向問題相關程度低。
本研究彙整上述之研究結果提出建議並供空中進修學院、學生及未來研究者參考。

The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between learning motivation and career anchor problem(career undecided) of open continuing college students. The questionnaire survey method was adopted. The instruments included “The scale of learning motivation by open continuing college students” and “The scale of career anchor problem by open continuing college students”. The subjects were open continuing college students during the academic year of 2021. A total of 861 questionnaires were distributed and officially collected 670, and the valid response rate was 77.82%. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, average, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation. The findings were summarized as follows:
1.The open continuing college students were perceived an intermediate-to-high degree of overall learning motivation, with the degree in the dimension of “Cognitive Interest” was the highest.
2.The returned probationary students’s learning motivation was highter than first and second year’s students.
3.The open continuing college students were perceived an intermediate-to-low degree of overall career anchor problem, with the degree in the dimension of “career decision-making self-efficacy” and “insufficient confidence” was the highest.
4.The open continuing college students who were returned probationary, between 20 to 35 years old, unmarried, unemployed, governmental employees, faculty, and military personnel, lower seniority had the highest career undecision.
5.There was no difference between overall learning motivation and career anchor problem among different degree programs, genders, education level.
6.There was a low correlation between learning motivation and career anchor problem of open continuing college students.
Based on the finds, some propositions were preposed to education mechanisms and future researchers.
