本研究的重點是研究旅遊滿意度對國家總體形象和旅後意象的影響--菲律賓遊客在臺灣旅遊的案例研究，研究者關注受訪者的三個主要變數，確定他們的旅遊滿意度與環境的適應性和對目的地的滿意度；而後一個變數是訪問後的意向，與他們重建經驗的意向相聯繫。
研究者採用了定性研究的方法，利用訪談式的調查問卷來收集受訪者的資料。通過這項研究，受訪者能夠確定，那些在COVID-19之前訪問過臺灣的人和那些在COVID-19期間經歷過臺灣的人都推薦臺灣，並且在離開時有返回臺灣的意向。從相關文獻中收集的資料和從所進行的訪談中收集的資料在臺灣政府和行動的有效性方面是相互關聯的，以保證他們的人民安全，包括生活在臺灣的學習和工作，或只是在臺灣就業的外國人民。 同時，研究者想強調語言在本研究中的重要性，以及它如何影響受訪者對臺灣的總體國家形象。研究者的結論是，這項研究是富有成效的，並以積極的結果對其進行了總結。

This research conducted focuses on the study of "Tourism satisfaction effect on general country image and post-visit intentions- a case study of Philippine Tourists travel in Taiwan" the researcher focused on three major variables of the profile of the respondents and identifying their tourism satisfaction in lined with adaptability of the environment and satisfaction in destination; while the later variable is post visit intention in lined with their intention to rebuild experience. The researcher made use of a qualitative research where the researcher utilized an interview type of questionnaire to collect data from the respondents. Through this research, the respondent was able to identify that those who visited Taiwan pre-covid and those who experienced Taiwan before COVID-19 and during COVID-19 both recommended Taiwan and has intentions to return to Taiwan at the moment of departure. The gathered data from the related literatures and the gathered data from the interview conducted correlate one another in terms of the effectiveness of the Taiwanese government and actions to keeping their people safe, including foreign people living to study and work, or simply employed in Taiwan. Alongside this, the researcher would like to emphasize the importance of the language in this study and how it influenced the respondents in the general country image of Taiwan. The researcher concludes that this study conducted was fruitful and summarized it with positive results.
