本研究主要在探討宇宙樁參與者社會支持、活躍老化與生活品質之關係。以社團法人中國社會行為研究社全國各地分級組織之學員為研究對象,回收441份問卷,扣除無效問卷7份,有效問卷434 份,有效回收率98.4%。經SPSS電腦統計軟體進行描述性、相關分析、t檢定、簡單及多元迴歸等分析,得到研究結論如下:一、運動參與程度高的宇宙樁參與者,在整體社會支持、情感性支持、自尊性支持、工具性支持、整體活躍老化、健康、參與、整體生活品質、生理範疇、環境範疇等,皆高於運動參與程度低的宇宙樁參與者。二、宇宙樁參與者整體社會支持、情感性支持與工具性支持越高,其整體生活品質越佳。當社會支持之情感性與工具性支持越高,就愈能提升生活品質之生理範疇、心理範疇的表現。三、宇宙樁參與者整體社會支持、情感性支持與自尊性支持越高,其整體活躍老化越佳。當社會支持之情感性與自尊性支持越高,就越能提升活躍老化之健康、參與、安全構面的表現。四、宇宙樁參與者整體活躍老化越高,其整體生活品質越佳。當活躍老化之健康、安全構面越佳,就越能提高生活品質。活躍老化之健康構面程度越高則生活品質各範疇表現越佳。
故建議多鼓勵宇宙樁參與者,能藉由參與宇宙樁運動、社會支持來提高運動參與程度,達成活躍老化與促進優質生活品質的情境。希冀資料發現可作為後續研究參考。

This research mainly explores the relationship among social support, active aging and quality of life in Cosmic Chan-Chuang participants. The research object is the students of the China Social Behavior Research Society, a legal person, organized by different levels across the country. 441 questionnaires were collected, 7 invalid questionnaires were deducted, and 434 valid questionnaires were used. The effective recovery rate was 98.4%. Descriptive, correlation analysis, t-test, simple and multiple regression analysis by SPSS computer statistical software, the research conclusions are as follows: 1. The participants with high degree of Cosmic Chan-Chuang participation were higher in social support, emotional support, self-esteem support, instrumental support, active aging, health, participation, overall quality of life, physiology and environment. 2. The higher the overall social support, emotional support and instrumental support of Cosmic Chan-Chuang participants, the better their overall quality of life. The higher the emotional and instrumental support of social support, the more it can improve the performance of the physiological and psychological aspects of the quality of life. 3. The higher the overall social support, emotional support and self-esteem support of Cosmic Chan-Chuang participants, the better their overall active aging. When the emotional and self-esteem support of social support is higher, the health, participation and safety dimensions of active aging can be improved. 4. The higher the overall active aging of Cosmic Chan-Chuang participants, the better their overall quality of life. The better the health and safety aspects of active aging, the better the quality of life. The higher the health dimension of active aging, the better the performance in all aspects of quality of life. Therefore, it is recommended to encourage more Cosmic Chan-Chuang participants, and through participation in the Cosmic Chan-Chuang movement and social support, the degree of participation in sports can be increased, so as to achieve a situation of active aging and a high quality of life. It is hoped that the data found can be used as a reference for follow-up research.
