本研究旨在探討工作壓力對員工離職意願及家庭滿意度的影響,並深入研究情緒耗竭在此過程中的中介角色。在當今社會,工作壓力成為了員工和企業共同面臨的重大問題。過度的工作壓力可能引發員工的情緒耗竭,更有可能導致員工的離職意願提高,影響家庭滿意度。
本研究收回513對問卷,經由篩選後有388對是有效問卷,並將有效問卷以SPSS 22.0軟體分析結果顯示,工作壓力與員工的離職意願有顯著正向關係,與家庭滿意度有顯著負向關係。此外,情緒耗竭被確認為工作壓力與離職意願、家庭滿意度之間的中介變數。也就是說,工作壓力會導致員工情緒耗竭,進而提高員工的離職意願,並降低家庭滿意度。透過研究結果顯示:(一)工作壓力對離職意願呈現正向影響;(二)工作壓力對家庭滿意度呈現負向影響;(三)工作壓力與情緒耗竭呈現正向關聯;(四)情緒耗竭為工作壓力與離職意願之中介效果;(五)情緒耗竭為工作壓力與家庭滿意度之中介效果。本研究最後針對研究結果,提出進一步討論,並對後續研究者提出研究建議。

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of work stress on employees' intention to quit and family satisfaction, with a particular focus on the mediating role of emotional exhaustion in this process. In today's society, work stress has become a significant issue faced by both employees and organizations. Excessive work stress may trigger emotional exhaustion in employees, leading to an increased intention to quit and subsequently affecting family satisfaction.
The study collected 513 questionnaires, and after screening, 388 were deemed valid for analysis using SPSS 22.0 software. The results showed a significant positive relationship between work stress and employees' intention to leave, as well as a significant negative relationship between work stress and family satisfaction. Moreover, emotional exhaustion was identified as a mediating variable between work stress and intention to leave, as well as between work stress and family satisfaction. In other words, work stress leads to emotional exhaustion in employees, subsequently increasing their intention to leave and decreasing their family satisfaction. Based on the research findings, the results are following as: (1)Work stress has a positive impact on employees' intention to leave; (2)Work stress has a negative impact on family satisfaction; (3)Work stress is positively correlated with emotional exhaustion; (4)Emotional exhaustion mediates the relationship between work stress and intention to leave; (5)Emotional exhaustion mediates the relationship between work stress and family satisfaction. In conclusion, the study provides further discussion on the research results and offers research recommendations for future researchers.
