This study aims to explore the establishment of an effective early warning mechanism for financial risk management in Medium-Sized Construction Company in order to assist these companies in reducing risks and ensuring stable development. The study begins with a literature review to understand relevant domestic research and practical applications, thereby summarizing the importance of financial risk management and the operating principles of early warning mechanisms. Factors such as the implementation of industry policies and regulations, the economic situation of the industry, and the impact of risk management on Medium-Sized Construction Company are identified. Consequently, it is recommended that the government strengthens the formulation and implementation of related policies and regulations. Furthermore, through expert interviews, this study identifies the difficulties, challenges, problems, and shortcomings faced by Medium-Sized Construction Company in financial risk control. It is suggested that companies strengthen the implementation of project budget control, establish effective control over project schedules and costs, enhance procurement and contracting management, and strengthen financial management systems to effectively prevent and control various risks. In summary, This study can assist Medium-Sized Construction Company in enhancing their financial risk control and early warning mechanisms. This will increase awareness of financial risks and effectively mitigate the impact of financial risks on companies, ultimately enhancing competitiveness and sustainable development.
