臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

家庭中的疾病照顧者面臨著中度至重度的照顧負荷。自2012年起十年間，媒體與判決書披露約97起因照顧患者而導致殺人的案件，凸顯此問題的嚴重性。過去研究發現，照顧者負荷（Burden）是評估家庭照顧者身心健康狀況的重要指標之一，社會支持則對照顧者負荷有重要的影響。然而，此兩者的關聯性尚缺乏臺灣樣本的統合性研究，故本研究旨在統合臺灣研究樣本，探討照顧者負荷和社會支持兩個身心健康指標之間的關聯，進行統合性分析。
本研究共納入39篇研究，5218名參與者。研究結果顯示，在臺灣樣本中，照顧者的社會支持與照顧負荷兩者存在顯著、低至中度的相反方向關聯。相關程度視社會支持量表的不同構念而有所差異。以自覺社會支持足夠程度（Perceived Social Support）為衡量指標時，其與照顧負荷呈現中度負相關（r=-0.35）。以實質、客觀的社會支持頻率（Received Social Support）作為衡量指標時，其與照顧負荷呈現低度負相關（r=-0.22）。

Family caregivers in households face a significant caregiving burden ranging from moderate to severe. Over the past decade, starting from 2012, approximately 97 cases of homicides resulting from the care of long-term patients have been reported in the media and court verdicts, underscoring the gravity of this issue. Previous studies have identified caregiver burden as a crucial indicator for evaluating the physical and mental health status of family caregivers, and social support has been found to have a significant impact on caregiver burden. However, there is a lack of integrated research specifically focusing on the relationship between these two variables within Taiwanese samples. Therefore, this study aims to integrate research samples from Taiwan and comprehensively analyze the association between caregiver burden and social support, both of which are essential indicators of physical and mental well-being.
This analysis encompassed 39 studies with a total of 5,218 participants. The results reveal a significant and negative association between social support and caregiver burden in the Taiwanese sample, with the degree of association varying from low to moderate. The strength of this association depends on how social support is conceptualized and measured. Perceived social support, as an indicator, demonstrates a moderate negative correlation with caregiver burden (r=-0.35), whereas received social support, measured in terms of tangible and objective support, exhibits a low negative correlation with caregiver burden (r=-0.22).
