當今組織營運的成功因素之一取決於員工的工作滿意度,擁有豐富可靠的人力資源,也被認為是影響企業競爭力的關鍵因素之一。企業組織需要了解員工在工作場所的體驗和需求以便形塑工作滿意度。本研究探討了組織文化和軟領導如何影響工作滿意度以實現組織目標。調查中收集的資料聚焦於性別、年齡、行業、經驗年限、教育水平、組織中的位階以及影響組織的文化類型的差異。研究結果發現,組織文化和軟領導顯著影響工作滿意度,資料分析顯示,最明顯的區別是員工在組織中的職位會影響滿意度。這些發現將有助於企業組織和雇主更好地了解和關注員工的經驗和需求,以便在國際和國內市場擁有更好的競爭優勢。

One of the successes of organizations today depends on the level of job satisfaction of their employees. This is also considered one of the competitive factors among organizations in the same industry when there are abundant and reliable human resources. Organizations need to know and understand what employees experience and need from the workplace in order to do so. This study examines how organizational culture and soft leadership influence job satisfaction in achieving organizational goals. The data collected in the survey looks at differences in gender, age, industry,years of experience, education level, location in the organization, and the type of culture that affects the organization. The results show that organizational culture and soft leadership significantly influence job satisfaction. The data shows that the most obvious difference is that the position an employee reaches in the organization impacts satisfaction. These findings will help organizations and employers better understand and pay attention to the experience and needs of employees to have better competitive tools in international and domestic markets.
