柔道選手的爆發力以及專項表現能力,對於比賽的結果產生重大的影響力。
由於柔道動作的特異性,需要以符合專項能力的方式進行訓練。為了能提升訓練
效益以及優化訓練課表,本研究基於原有的柔道訓練中介入六週專項 高強度間歇
訓練 (high-intensity interval training, HIIT)。並以專項柔道動作 Uchikomi+throw
探討 大專柔道選手 爆發力與專項運動能力表現。利用力板量測 反向跳
(countermovement jump, CMJ) 以及 下肢等長中段拉舉 (isometric mid-thigh pull, IMTP)前後測表現。收集爆發力相關參 數如 跳躍高度 (jump height, JH)、 發利率
(rate force development, RFD)、 反應肌力指數 (reactive strength index modified, RSImod) 與 衝量 (impuls, IP),以及使用 專項柔道體能檢測 (special judo fitness test, SJFT) 作為柔道專項表現前後測依據。 16名受試者被分為 兩 組, 男子組
(Male, M) 與女子組 (Female, F),每組 8人。 兩組 在 CMJ前後測裡顯著提升了
幾樣重要參數 RFD (M: p = .03; F: p = .01)、 JH (M: p = .02; F: p = .00) 與 RSImod (M: p = .05; F: p = IMTP 檢測則沒有發現任何參數 顯著 進步 ,最後 SJFT則是增加了投擲數量以及降低 柔道專項體能指數 (special judo fitness index, SJFI)。
六週專項 HIIT訓練有效提升 Tori group在爆發力以及 SJFI表現,額外增加的訓
練量裡,並未造成選手有受傷或是運動表現下降的情形。
The explosive power and specific performance ability of judo players have significant impacts on the results of the competition. Due to the specificity of judo movements, it is necessary to train in a manner consistent with specific abilities. In order to improve the training effectiveness and optimize the training schedule, this study is based on the original judo training involving six weeks of specific high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The specific judo movement Uchikomi+throw was used to discuss the explosive power and specific sports performance of participants. HIIT training intervention was carried out with Uchikomi+throw specific movements for six weeks, and the pre- and post-test performance of countermovement jump (CMJ) and isometric mid-thigh pull (IMTP) was measured with a force plate. Explosive-related parameters such as jump height (JH), rate force development (RFD), reactive strength index modified (RSImod) and impulse (IP) were collected, and special judo fitness test (SJFT) was used as the basis for judo-specific performance pre- and post-test. 16 subjects were divided into two groups, Male (M) and Female (F), 8 people in each group. Both group improved RFD (M: p = .03; F: p = .01)、 JH (M: p = .02; F: p = .00) and RSImod (M: p = .05; F: p = .00) in CMJ pre- and post-tests significantly. There is no significant difference in any parameter in IMTP. Finally, SJFT increased the number of throws and reduced special judo fitness index (SJFI). The six-week specific HIIT training improved Tori group's explosive power and SJFI performance effectively. The additional training did not cause injuries or decline in sports performance to the players.
