本次研究目的欲透過以三種不同的踏步頻率進行兩分鐘原地抬膝踏步測驗來收集心率數據,並且結合身體組成之各項生理參數作為指標,進行相關排列組合以此推估一個適合高齡者最準確的最大攝氧量預測模型。共招募155名65~75歲受試者,其中80位為男性、75位為女性。155位受試者的平均年齡為69.2±2.79歲,平均相對攝氧量為22.65±4.56 mL/kg/min。本實驗的生理參數和V ̇O2max之相關性採用皮爾森係數相關分析,結果顯示在體組成的變量中 (年齡、性別、身高、體重、體脂率、BMI),V ̇O2max與PBF呈現的相關性最強(R=-.541),其次則是性別(R=.427),此外,V ̇O2max與身高、BMI、心率參數104HR0、104HR2、112HR0皆有相關。再次對相關性高的變項進行多元逐步迴歸分析後,得到四個準確度相對較高的預估模型,分別是PBF (R=.541, SEE=3.86678);PBF和性別 (R=.588, SEE=3.73129);PBF、性別和104HR0 (R=.606, SEE=3.68175);PBF、性別、104HR0和BMI (R=.621, SEE=3.63770)。在這四個預估模型中相較下,選取準確度較高的模型。經統計計算後,我們推導出一個準確的最大攝氧量推估公式:

V ̇O2max (ml/kg/min) = 43.561 – (0.260 × PBF) – [2.998 × 性別(Male=1, Female=2)] – (0.062 × 104HR0) – (0.194 × BMI)

The purpose of this study was to collect heart rate data through a two-minute stationary knee lift stepping test at three different step frequencies. Physiological parameters related to body composition were combined as indicators to establish a precise estimation model for maximum oxygen uptake (VO₂max) in elderly individuals. A total of 155 participants aged 65 to 75 were recruited, including 80 males and 75 females. The average age of the participants was 69.2±2.79 years, with an average relative VO₂max of 22.65±4.56 mL/kg/min. Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationships between physiological parameters and VO₂max. Among the variables of body composition (age, gender, height, weight, body fat percentage, BMI), VO₂max showed the strongest correlation with percentage body fat (PBF) (R=-.541), followed by gender (R=.427). Additionally, VO₂max was correlated with height, BMI, and heart rate parameters (104HR0, 104HR2, 112HR0). Multiple stepwise regression analysis was performed on the variables with high correlation, resulting in four estimation models with relatively high accuracy. These models were PBF (R=.541, SEE=3.86678), PBF and gender (R=.588, SEE=3.73129), PBF, gender, and 104HR0 (R=.606, SEE=3.68175), and PBF, gender, 104HR0, and BMI (R=.621, SEE=3.63770). Among these models, the one with the highest accuracy was selected. By performing statistical calculations, we derived a precise estimation formula for maximum oxygen uptake:
