本研究旨在探討中部地區三所國立大學體育學系大學生生涯決策自我效能與未來想像之關係,採分層抽樣並以問卷進行調查,選取中部地區三所國立大學共370位體育系大學生為有效樣本,將所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關等統計方式進行分析。歸納本研究結果如下:(一)中部地區三所國立大學體育學系大學生生涯決策自我效能程度較高,未來想像程度較低。(二)不同背景變項的中部地區三所國立大學體育學系學生在生涯決策自我效能上,部分具有顯著差異,性別上均無顯著差異;大二、大三在「整體生涯決策自我效能」中皆有顯著高於大一、大四生;國立臺灣體育運動大學在「整體生涯決策自我效能」及構面中的「目標選擇」、「問題解決」有顯著高於國立彰化師範大學;有修習教育學程「整體生涯決策自我效能」及構面中的「正確的自我評估」、「蒐集職業資訊」、「目標選擇」、「訂定未來計畫」有顯著高於沒有修習教育學程。(三)不同背景變項的中部地區三所國立大學體育學系學生在未來想像上,部分具有顯著差異,女性在「整體未來想像」及層面中的「超越現實」、「情感價值」顯著高於男性;大一在「整體未來想像」與層面中「情感價值」顯著高於其他三個年級;國立臺灣體育運動大學在「整體未來想像」與層面中「情感價值」、「情節建構」、「鑒知往來」顯著高於國立彰化師範大學;有修習教育學程學生在「超越現實」中顯著高於無修習教育學程者。(四)中部地區三所國立大學體育學系學生在生涯決策自我效能與未來想像之關係之間呈現中度正相關(r=.495、p <.01)。最後根據研究發現,提出具體建議,以供相關教育單位、體育學系大學生與研究相關主題之研究者等作為參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Future Imagination of college students in the Department of Physical Education at three national universities in Central Taiwan. The survey questionnaire with stratified sampling has been utilized as the sampling method and participants were 370 undergraduate students majoring in physical education from three national universities in the central were selected as the research sample. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis were applied to analyze the data. The major findings of this study were summarized as followings: (1) College student majoring in physical education from the three national universities of central Taiwan have a higher level of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy but a lower level of Future Imagination.(2) Among the students majoring in physical education from the three national universities of central Taiwan, there are significant differences in Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy based on different background variables. There is no significant difference based on gender. Second and third-year students demonstrated significantly higher levels of "overall Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy " compared to first and fourth-year students. National Taiwan University of Sport showed significantly higher levels of "overall Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy " and its dimensions of "goal selection" and "problem-solving" compared to National Changhua University of Education. Students who had completed an educational program exhibited significantly higher levels of "overall Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy " and its dimensions of "accurate self-assessment," "gathering occupational information," "goal selection," and "setting future plans" compared to those who had not completed an educational program.(3) Among the students majoring in physical education from the three national universities in the central with different backgrounds, there were significant differences in Future Imagination. Females exhibited significantly higher levels of "overall Future Imagination" and its dimensions of "transcending reality" and "emotional value" compared to males. First-year students showed significantly higher levels of "overall Future Imagination " and the dimension of "emotional value" compared to the other three grades. National Taiwan University of Sport demonstrated significantly higher levels of "overall Future Imagination " and its dimensions of "emotional value," "scenario construction," and "judgment and interaction" compared to National Changhua University of Education. Students who had completed an educational program showed significantly higher levels of "transcending reality" compared to those who had not completed an educational program.(4) There is a positive correlation((r=.495, p<.01) between Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Future Imagination among college student majoring in physical education from the three national universities of central Taiwan.
At the end, according to our research, specific recommendations are provided for relevant educational institutions, physical education students, and researchers involved in related topics for reference.
