This thesis examines challenges and opportunities in implementing smart logistics in Thailand, targeting major logistics and manufacturing enterprises adhering to industry norms. The research encompasses four primary goals: (1) identifying barriers obstructing smart logistics adoption, (2) exploring solutions to overcome these barriers, (3) analyzing technology trends within logistics and manufacturing, and (4) revealing potential future constraints and prospects for smart logistics development. Employing Simple Linear Regression and Hayes Process Macro (model1), the study's hypotheses deliver mixed outcomes. Organizational barriers significantly affect implementation challenges, whereas managerial and financial hurdles lack significant impact. Technical and technological barriers exert considerable influence on implementation issues. Political factors significantly shape future implementation possibilities, contrasting with customer behavior's limited role in the relationship between managerial barriers and constraints. The study underscores basic technology implementation's vital role in the challenges-opportunities dynamic, showing its potential to pave the way for future progress. Nevertheless, advanced technology implementation's influence on these dynamics lacks empirical support. Furthermore, the study illuminates Government Resource Allocation's pivotal role in logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain industries. Through strategic insights, the government can catalyze smart logistics technology adoption across these sectors. In conclusion, this thesis navigates the complex realm of smart logistics implementation in Thailand, uncovering barriers and pathways, guiding policymakers and industry leaders. Amid evolving technology trends, businesses discern trajectories to foster smart logistics growth, with government resource allocation orchestrating transformation across these sectors.
