After the implementation of the 2019 Curriculum Guidelinesin Taiwan, there has been an emphasis on interdisciplinary teaching, evenwithin the subcategories of the same field. Researchers believe that the answeris affirmative, as there are similarities in content across different domains,but approaching them from different aspects and perspectives can lead todifferent interpretations. Different fields always have their unique andirreplaceable characteristics. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects ofinterdisciplinary courses in the field of arts on the learning motivation andlearning outcomes of high school senior students in a certain city. It alsoexplores different teaching models within this context. The research process involves stating the researchbackground and motivation, defining research objectives, conducting aliterature review, proposing research hypotheses, designing and distributingquestionnaires, conducting interviews with relevant teachers, collecting andanalyzing data, and finally presenting research conclusions andrecommendations. Based on theresults of the questionnaire and interviews, the following conclusions can bedrawn First,Students have ahigh level of motivation towards interdisciplinary courses. Compared to othersubjects, the arts field does not require students to be evaluated throughtests to assess their familiarity with the course. Instead, it encouragesstudents to willingly explore and learn from different domains.Next,
