由於不斷增長的客戶需求、日益激烈的競爭以及尖端技術的驚人進步,電視產品市場將成為未來最具競爭力的市場之一。越南是東南亞主要的電視客戶之一。 此外,適當處理供應鏈以幫助組織在市場上獲得強大的影響力。本研究試圖探討影響越南電視產品供應鏈管理的因素,並選擇了世界頂級品牌之一的越南三星電子作為研究對象。通過利用關鍵因素的識別,利益相關者可以提高可見性、協調性、決策制定和整體供應鏈績效。 最終,優先考慮並有效管理這些因素有助於越南電視行業的成功和長期發展。在收集數據後並進行數據分析,本研究使用Cronbach α、探索性因素分析 (EFA)、驗證性因素分析 (CFA) 和線性回歸等分析技術。結果顯示,在七個直接影響供應鏈管理的因素包括信息技術、新產品開發、包裝和儲存、勞工問題和福利、政府法規、貨幣波動和物流基礎設施。經使用分析方法後,結果可以證明哪些將是影響三星電視供應鏈管理的關鍵焦點因素。研究影響電視供應鏈的因素可以為優化供應鏈的效率和效果提供有價值的見解。此外,本研究也仔細檢視這些法規,根據需要調整其策略以確保合規性並最大程度地減少中斷,可以優化其運營並更好地滿足消費者的需求。基於這項研究,未來的研究可以結合可持續發展和全球供應網絡來調查可持續的理想,並可能堅持日益關注的社會責任。
In the future, the television product market is expected to become highly competitive due to growing consumer demand, increased competition among brands, and significant technological advancements. Among the Southeast Asian countries, Vietnam stands out as a major customer for televisions. In addition, the supply chain management in Vietnam is well-handled, which helps companies establish a strong presence in the market. A study on the Factors Affecting the Supply Chain Management of Television Products in Vietnam focusing on Samsung Electronics in Vietnam - one of the world's top brands is conducted in this study. Samsung television manufacturing in Vietnam is also one of the company's second-largest production sites. By leveraging the identification of critical factors, stakeholders can enhance visibility, coordination, decision-making, and overall supply chain performance. Ultimately, prioritizing and effectively managing these factors contribute to the success and long-term growth of the television industry in Vietnam.
Analysis techniques, including Cronbach's Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Linear regression, are employed to perform data analysis. The result showed that seven factors affect supply chain management: Information Technology, New Product Development, Packaging and Storage, Labor Issues and Welfare, Government Regulations, Currency Fluctuations, and Logistics Infrastructure. This information is valuable for optimizing efficiency and effectiveness within the company. By understanding these factors, stakeholders can allocate resources and prioritize efforts accordingly. Furthermore, closely monitoring regulations and adapting strategies for compliance allows companies to minimize disruptions, optimize operations, and effectively meet consumer needs. The study suggests that future study could focus on incorporating sustainable development and global supply networks to explore sustainable ideals and highlight the growing importance of social responsibility.
