超時工作是個全球普遍的現象,作者常常在台灣看到商業大樓在夜晚時燈還亮著,意味著還有許多人還在工作,因此本研究調查了導致加班工作的潛在因素,並探討與延長工作時間相關的後果。這項研究的目的是增加對於這些方面的了解,以促進更好的工作環境和工作與生活的平衡。該研究採用文獻回顧之方法,探究現有之文獻資料。調查結果旨在為加班工作的根本原因及其後果提供有價值的見解,從而為組織、決策者和個人提供更友善之工作環境,與促進更理想之工作與生活平衡實踐的策略。
This study examines the underlying factors contributing to overtime work and explores the consequences associated with extended working hours. This research aims to enhance the understanding of these aspects to promote a better working environment and work-life balance. The study utilizes a review-based approach, examining the existing studies. The findings provide valuable insights into the root causes of overtime work and its ramifications, informing organizations, policymakers, and individuals on strategies to foster healthier work-life balance practices.
