供應鏈管理涉及從原材料採購到最終產品交付的整個流程,有效管理可提高運營效率、降低成本,增強競爭力。全球對環境可持續性的關注日益增加,凸顯永續供應鏈的重要性。永續供應鏈強調考慮環境可持續性,包括減少碳排放、資源利用、環保採購和生產方式。建立永續供應鏈有助於履行社會責任,提升形象、增強合作關係。因此,構建永續供應鏈是實現可持續發展的重要一環。
因此,本研究從環境永續出發,探討透過供應鏈整合中的供應商流程整合和跨職能整合對公司財務績效的影響程度。本研究樣本為台灣上市櫃公司的營運主管或從事供應鏈相關業務的專業人員進行抽樣調查,共回收有用問卷127份使用結構方程模型(SEM)進行模型實證分析。
經模型實證結果本研究發現,環境永續透過供應商流程整合的中介作用影響財務績效、環境永續透過跨職能的整合的中介作用影響供應商流程整合,以及跨職能的整合透過供應商流程整合的中介作用影響財務績效。本研究結果顯示:著重環境永續、發展牢固的供應鏈關係、跨職能整合與合作可以增進公司經營的財務績效。

Supply chain management involves the entire process from raw material procurement to final product delivery, and effective management can improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and enhance competitiveness. Increasing global concern for environmental sustainability has highlighted the importance of sustainable supply chains. Sustainable supply chains emphasize consideration of environmental sustainability, including carbon emission reduction, resource utilization, green procurement and production methods. Establishing a sustainable supply chain can help fulfill social responsibility, enhance image and strengthen partnerships. Therefore, building a sustainable supply chain is an important part of achieving sustainable development.
Therefore, this study examines the extent to which the integration of supplier processes and cross-functional integration through supply chain integration affects the financial performance of companies from the perspective of environmental sustainability. The sample of this study was a sample of operations executives or professionals engaged in supply chain related business in Taiwan listed companies. 127 useful questionnaires were collected and analyzed empirically using structural equation modeling (SEM).
The results of this study revealed that environmental sustainability influences financial performance through the mediation of supplier process integration, environmental sustainability influences supplier process integration through the mediation of cross-functional integration, and cross-functional integration influences financial performance through the mediation of supplier process integration. The results of this study indicate that a focus on environmental sustainability, the development of strong supply chain relationships, and cross-functional integration and cooperation can improve the financial performance of a company's operations.
