近年來,在疫情影響下及數位科技的不斷進步與普及,數位轉型已經成為許多中小企業進行經營轉型的必然趨勢。要成功實現數位轉型,企業需要在策略意圖、科技選擇和治理結構等方面做出適當的搭配,才能對組織績效產生正向影響。企業在數位轉型中的策略意圖需要考慮其業務和市場的特性,並選擇最適合的數位轉型策略。科技選擇也是數位轉型中的一個關鍵因素,企業需要選擇最適合自己的數位科技,以實現其策略目標。最後,企業更需要選擇最適合自己的治理結構,以確保數位轉型的成功實施和運營。總體來說,數位轉型是一段復雜的過程,需要企業在策略意圖、科技選擇和治理結構等方面做出適當的搭配,企業才能成功地實現數位轉型,並在績效方面獲得正向影響。
本研究從不同的角度出發,提出了策略意圖、科技選擇和治理結構三個具體的研究方向,以幫助企業在內部運營及協作廠商間的數位化決策,並經由本研究探討數位化決策的策略決策流程特性,以便了解在制定數位化決策時可能出現的問題及提出解決方案,並對現行推動數位化轉型的組織提出實務建議。同時,探討數位化決策在中小企業轉型過程中與人力資源管理活動的配適型態,以便能夠對相關理論及實務提出更進一步的建議,從而提升顧客體驗和企業價值。此外,也探討數位轉型過程中的治理結構,以確保數位轉型策略的順利實施,及高階管理者於數位化決策的可能角色,並探討如何讓高階管理者發揮更大的作用,進而讓數位轉型策略順利實施,致使政府政策在推動時能有所依據,對企業先備條件有更好的了解。

In recent years, under the influence of the epidemic and the continuous advancement and popularization of digital technology, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend for many small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out business transformation. To successfully implement digital transformation, companies need to make an appropriate mix of strategic intent, technology choices, and governance structures in order to have a positive impact on organizational performance. The strategic intent of an enterprise in digital transformation needs to consider the characteristics of its business and market, and choose the most suitable digital transformation strategy. Technology selection is also a key factor in digital transformation. Enterprises need to choose the most suitable digital technology to achieve their strategic goals. Finally, enterprises need to choose the most suitable governance structure to ensure the successful implementation and operation of digital transformation. In general, digital transformation is a complex process that requires enterprises to make appropriate arrangements in terms of strategic intent, technology choices, and governance structures, so that enterprises can successfully achieve digital transformation and gain positive impacts on performance.
From different perspectives, this study proposes three specific research directions: strategic intent, technological choice and governance structure, in order to help enterprises in their internal operations and collaborative digital decision-making between manufacturers. Through this study, we explore the characteristics of the strategic decision-making process of digital decision-making, in order to understand possible problems and propose solutions when making digital decisions, and provide practical suggestions for current organizations promoting digital transformation. At the same time, it discusses the matching pattern of digital decision-making and human resource management activities in the process of transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, so as to put forward further suggestions for relevant theories and practices, thereby enhancing customer experience and corporate value. In addition, it also explores the governance structure in the process of digital transformation to ensure the smooth implementation of digital transformation strategies, and the possible role of senior managers in digital decision-making, and discusses how to allow senior managers to play a greater role, thereby enabling the smooth implementation of digital transformation strategies, enabling government policies to have a basis for promoting and a better understanding of corporate prerequisites.
