本研究旨在探討大學生知覺父母期待、自尊與學業自我效能之關聯。本研究採用「父母期望量表」、「自評量表」及「學習自我效能量表」為測量工具,以台灣326名大學生為研究對象,以描述統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及線性迴歸等統計方法進行分析。分析結果如下:
一、 大學生知覺父母期待程度為中等偏下;大學生自覺有做到稍微超越父母期待的程度;大學生自尊程度為中間偏上;大學生學業自我效能為中上程度。
二、 不同生理性別和年級的大學生對自覺做到父母期望的程度不具有預測力。
三、 不同生理性別的大學生對自尊不具有預測力,但對自尊的分量表中的自敬、社交信心有顯著差異;不同年級的大學生對自尊不具有預測力。
四、 不同生理性別和年級的大學生對學業自我效能不具有預測力。
五、 大學生自覺做到父母期望的程度對自尊具有正向預測力。
六、 大學生自覺做到父母期望的程度對學業自我效能具有正向預測力。
七、 大學生自尊對學業自我效能具有正向預測力。
八、 大學生自覺做到父母期望的程度、自尊能預測學業自我效能。
This study aimed to discuss the relationship among perceived parental expectations, self-esteem and academic self-efficacy in college students. The research tools used are the Living up to Parental Expectations Scale, the Self-Rating Scale and the Learning Self-Efficacy Scale. The questionnaires were administered to 326 college students in Taiwan. The data is analyzed through descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. The analysis results are as follows:
1. The degree of perceived parental expectations of college students was moderately low. College students perceived themselves to have slightly exceeded their parents' expectations. The self-esteem of college students was slightly above medium level, and the academic self-efficacy of college students was in the mid-upper range.
2. There is no gender and grade significant difference in the degree of living up to parental expectations in college students.
3. There is no significant difference in self-esteem of college students for different gender, and there are significant differences in two subscales of five differentiation dimensions for different gender—self-regard, social confidence. There is no grade significant difference in self-esteem of college students.
4. There is no gender and grade significant difference in academic self-efficacy of college students.
5. The degree of living up to parental expectations is positively correlated with the self-esteem of college students.
6. The degree of living up to parental expectations is positively correlated with the academic self-efficacy of college students.
7. The self-esteem is positively correlated with the academic self-efficacy of college students.
8. The degree of living up to parental expectations and the self-esteem can predict academic self-efficacy of college students.
