隨著晶圓製程技術不斷地進步,晶圓測試的需求量也伴隨著快速成長,而使得工程師被同業競爭對手相互挖角,導致產業人才快速的流失。此次研究的個案為提供客製化測試載板服務的公司,個案公司第一階段服務為提供電路測試載板的設計,第二階段為提供電路載板生產、組裝及維修,對於每個階段的設計以及生產時間的精確掌握,是每件專案成敗的關鍵點。個案公司目前在員工教育訓練的方法,採用師徒制的指導模式,但因近期工程師的流動率快速上升,使得資深工程師除了要掌握自己的專案設計進度之外,也必須要同步指導新進工程師,使得資深工程師原本負責的專案進度及品質受到影響,連帶影響著後續載板生產排程的時間序。本研究將針對個案公司的產品設計流程透過FlexSim模擬軟體建立模型,並挑選業界常見的新進員工訓練方法加入流程之中,將不同的教育訓練方法之模擬結果數據化作為比較,分析的結果未來能提供給個案公司作為選擇員工教育訓練方法的決策之一。
As the wafer manufacturing technology continues to improve, the demand for wafer testing is also growing rapidly. This has led to rapid loss of talent in the industry due to engineers being poached by their competitors. The case study is about a company that providers of semiconductor test interface products. The first stage of the service is to provide testing circuit design. substrate/PCB layout and simulation, and the second stage is to provide substrate/ PCB manufacture. assembly and maintenance. The precise control of the design and production time for each stage is a critical factor in the success of each project. The case company is used one-on-one coaching for training new engineers. However, due to the recent high turnover rate among engineers, senior engineers not only have to manage their own projects, but also have to mentor engineers. This has affected the progress and quality of the projects that senior engineers are responsible as well as the manufacture schedule. In this study, the product design process of the case company will be modeled with FlexSim, and use common employee training method in the model. The simulation results of different training methods will be digitized for comparison and the analysis. That will be provided for the case company to decision in choosing the training method in the future.
