近年來世界各地開始發展工業4.0技術以及物聯網之熱潮,也讓人們開始重視嵌入式系統開發,使其應用於各項產業並且提升工作效率之優勢。
本文主旨將針對半導體產業利用超純水來進行沖洗晶片或電子元件時,需要非常精密的監控水量,一旦水量的供應發生異常,不僅造成整條生產線都受到影響且停工外,還可能導致晶片及電子元件損壞使科技業損失慘重。
因此,本研究的目的是開發一種用於液體流量監控的嵌入式系統介面,以自來水為例,藉由物聯網(Internet Of Things; IOT)技術中的訊息佇列遙測傳輸(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport; MQTT)將超音波流量計的數據傳輸至樹莓派中,並建立人機介面(Node-RED)來進行資料讀取與監控,另外,為了能確保其穩定度,會建立MySQL資料庫存取資料並使用分析軟體來進行數據對照,找出兩者之間的校準誤差並執行修正,使其提高準確度。

In recent years, the development of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things (IoT) around the world has led people to emphasize the development of embedded systems, which can be applied to various industries and enhance the efficiency of their work.
This paper focuses on the semiconductor industry that utilizes ultrapure water for rinsing wafers or electronic components, which requires very precise monitoring of the amount of water. Once the water supply is abnormal, it not only causes the entire production line to be affected and shut down, but also may lead to the damage of the wafers and electronic components, resulting in heavy losses for the technology industry.
Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an embedded system interface for liquid flow monitoring, taking tap water as an example, by using Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) in the Internet of Things (IOT) technology to transmit the data from the ultrasonic flow meter to the Raspberry Pi, and to build a system to monitor the flow of water. Raspberry Pi, and set up Node-RED to read and monitor the data. In addition, in order to ensure the stability, MySQL database is set up to access the data, and analyzing software is used to compare the data to find out the calibration error between the two and make corrections to improve the accuracy.
