企業的數位轉型蔚為時代趨勢,以產業金融業為首做為開端,國際大型企業也推動多年逐漸成熟,為了符合時代趨勢與市場需求,中小企業也紛紛嘗試與導入,以產業別來說製造業投資資本相對龐大可觀,本研究著重探討對於台灣中小企業中的製造業,有哪些要素屬於數位轉型的關鍵因素,且目前有關製造業的數位轉型研究絕大多數為個案方式探討,以單一個案作為解說,但本研究採取調查同屬製造業,生產不同類別或不同部門,來進行通用的關鍵因素探討。

本研究透過文獻彙整出三大評估構面,挑選出十三項的準則,訂定合適的評估要素與建置評估層級架構,針對三十位專家進行問卷調查,再應用層級分析法(AHP)對整體問卷進行分析,對研究中取得各要素之間的相對權重數值,並對問卷結果提出建議,可作為台灣中小製造業欲導入數位轉型時,或正在進行中的企業,擬訂重點核心與檢視轉型現況之參考,透過本研究分析的結果顯示,營運策略在中小製造業中扮演影響數位轉型的重要火車頭角色,在面臨新數位技術的變化與市場競爭者的挑戰,要以具前瞻性的策略引領著企業,再者為組織文化,需高階領導層須具備良好的數位心態,企業從上到下的數位培訓,最後為科技技術層面,建置企業完整的數據資料庫及即時狀況儀表板,及時掌控整體流程與預防問題發生,本研究旨在協助中小製造業進行數位轉型提供方向與檢核,以期更多企業能成功順利地進行轉型的過程。
Digital transformation of enterprises is a prevailing trend of the times, starting with the financial industry and gradually maturing in large international corporations. In order to meet the trend of the times and market demands, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have also been trying and adopting digital transformation. In terms of industries, the manufacturing sector has relatively significant and substantial capital investments. This study focuses on exploring the key factors of digital transformation in the manufacturing sector of SMEs in Taiwan. Currently, the majority of research on digital transformation in the manufacturing sector is based on individual case studies, using a single case to illustrate the findings. However, this study takes a survey approach, investigating different categories or departments within the manufacturing industry to explore common key factors.

This study compiles three major evaluation dimensions through literature review and selects thirteen criteria to establish appropriate evaluation elements and construct an evaluation framework. A questionnaire survey was conducted with thirty experts, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to analyze the overall questionnaire. The relative weight values between the elements obtained in the study were calculated, and suggestions were provided based on the questionnaire results. This can serve as a reference for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Taiwan that are planning to adopt digital transformation or are currently undergoing it, in terms of defining key focuses and assessing their transformation status. The results of this research analysis indicate that operational strategy plays a crucial role in influencing digital transformation in small and medium-sized manufacturing industries. In the face of changing digital technologies and market competition, companies need forward-thinking strategies to lead their organizations. In addition, organizational culture requires senior leadership to possess a digital mindset, and digital training should be implemented throughout the company. Lastly, at the technological level, it is important to establish a comprehensive database and real-time dashboard to monitor overall processes and prevent problems. This study aims to assist small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in their digital transformation by providing guidance and checkpoints, with the hope that more companies can successfully undergo the transformation process.
