隨著網路與技術的發展,人人皆可透過網路媒介,如社群平台、網站等個人頁面成為資訊傳達者,多數人在媒介選擇上以「網站」作為資訊傳遞的平台,網站架設本有一定門檻,透過現今開源工具及架站平台的興起,使用者無具備相關知識亦可完成架站工作。在多樣的架站平台崛起及使用率提升的情況下,平台的使用性應被探討,然而目前國內外針對網站架設平台相關的研究數量少,因此本研究將針對網站架設平台介面操作進行研究。
本研究共分二部分,前導性實驗以IPA與KANO品質分析探討網站架設平台之服務項目品質要素,再以任務分析法探討使用者操作3款架站平台之操作績效與使用感受。驗證性研究延續前導性實驗結果,招募94位受測者進行實驗,使用三因子變異數分析,探討2種載具(電腦/平板)x2種介面資訊呈現方式(文字為主/圖示為主)x2資訊架構層級(深/淺)之使用差異,將研究結果分析整理後提出網站架設平台介面設計建議。
研究結果得知,使用平板搭配觸控操作優於電腦搭配滑鼠;資訊架構層級以淺優於深;介面資訊呈現方式部分以文字優於圖示。透過訪談與觀察,整理出以下設計建議:(1)網站管理介面權限明確劃分;(2)工具列個人化設定;(3)網站模板社群化,增加互動模式提升吸引力;(4)增加互動物件,如鼠標變化、互動滾動式網頁等效果,增加網站識別度。
With the development of network and technology, everyone can become a communicator of information through online media, such as community platforms, websites and other personal pages. Most people choose "websites" as a platform for information transmission, and there is a certain threshold for website erection. With the rise of open source tools and website erection platforms, users can complete the website erection work without relevant knowledge. In the case of the rise of various website platforms and the improvement of their utilization rate, the usability of the platform should be discussed. However, there are few studies on website platform at home and abroad at present, so this study will study the interface operation of website platform.
This study is divided into two parts. In the pilot experiment, IPA and KANO quality analysis are used to explore the quality factors of service items of website construction platforms, and then task analysis is used to explore the operational performance and user experience of users operating three kinds of website construction platforms. The confirmatory study continued the results of the pilot experiment, recruited 94 subjects for the experiment, and used three-factor ANOVA to explore the differences in the use of X2 interface information presentation methods (text-oriented/icon-oriented) and X2 information architecture levels (deep/shallow) of two vehicles (computers/tablets). After analyzing the research results, some suggestions on the interface design of the website construction platform were put forward.
The results show that using tablet with touch operation is better than using computer with mouse. The level of information architecture is shallow rather than deep; Text is better than icon in the presentation of interface information. Through interviews and observation, the following design suggestions are sorted out: (1) The authority of website management interface is clearly divided; (2) Toolbar personalization; (3) the website template is socialized, and the interactive mode is increased to enhance the attraction; (4) Increase interactive objects, such as mouse changes, interactive scrolling pages and other effects, and increase the recognition of the website.
