本研究旨在探討國際市場導向及創新雙元性對於組織之國際化績效之關聯性。國際市場的多變性使企業需發展不斷適應、重新配置和更新資源之能力以降低國外營運之不確定性,國際市場導向成為進入國際市場之必要考量條件,在面對激烈的競爭環境中,企業傾向通過擴大經營規模來增強自身的能力並提高績效,近年來,中小企業向國際化發展的趨勢日益增加。通過建立國際連結,企業能夠獲得更多的資源和財務流動性,從而推動其發展和成長。此外,此研究中將企業之創新能力分成開創式創新以及盡用式創新,並同時探討企業之創新能力對於國際化績效的影響效果。
This study aims to explore the relationship between international market orientation and dual innovation capabilities on an organization's international performance. The variability of international markets requires companies to continuously adapt, reconfigure, and update resources to mitigate the uncertainties of foreign operations. International market orientation is an essential consideration for entering global markets. In the face of intense competition, companies tend to enhance their capabilities and improve performance by expanding their operational scale. In recent years, the trend of internationalization among small and medium enterprises has been increasing. By establishing international connections, companies can access more resources and financial liquidity, thereby promoting their development and growth. Additionally, this study categorizes a company's innovation capabilities into exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation and examines their impact on international performance.
