信託業目前面臨的挑戰包括過度依賴理財信託、高齡化社會下安養信託需求增加，以及公益信託的透明度和問責度不足等問題，特別是安養信託和公益信託，前者可能被用於洗錢且缺乏一站式安養服務，後者則面臨資訊不透明和缺乏問責度的困境。本研究通過文獻回顧和案例分析，提出了區塊鏈技術在信託業中的應用框架，並探討了其潛在效益和挑戰，在安養信託方面，區塊鏈技術的應用可以確保資金流向透明、交易真實，並降低人工操作錯誤，通過智能合約，資金可以自動化且安全地按預定條件分配，從而提高管理效率並減少成本；在公益信託中，區塊鏈技術可以公開捐款記錄和資金使用情況，增加捐贈者的信任度和參與度，並確保資金真正用於公益目的，這些特性使得區塊鏈技術在信託業中有著廣泛的應用前景，希望幫助信託公司對於在考慮導入區塊鏈技術時做為選擇，並為未來的研究方向提供指引。

The trust industry currently faces several challenges, including an over-reliance on financial trusts, increased demand for elder care trusts in an aging society, and insufficient transparency and accountability in public welfare trusts. Specifically, elder care trusts may be used for money laundering and lack comprehensive elder care services, while public welfare trusts struggle with information transparency and accountability issues. This study, through literature review and case analysis, proposes a framework for applying blockchain technology in the trust industry and explores its potential benefits and challenges. In terms of elder care trusts, the application of blockchain technology can ensure transparency in fund flows, the authenticity of transactions, and reduce manual operation errors. With smart contracts, funds can be allocated automatically and securely according to predefined conditions, thereby improving management efficiency and reducing costs. In public welfare trusts, blockchain technology can make donation records and fund usage publicly available, increasing donor trust and participation, and ensuring that funds are truly used for public welfare purposes. These characteristics give blockchain technology broad application prospects in the trust industry, providing trust companies with a choice when considering the introduction of blockchain technology and offering guidance for future research directions.
