本研究探討中小型室內裝修公司導入企業資源規劃（ERP）系統所面臨的困境與潛在的影響，藉由問卷調查等方式，提出針對ERP在室內裝修行業導入ERP系統的改善建議，以提供同業參考意見。同時，針對導入過程中遇到的瓶頸和問題，也提出相應的解決方案。本研究結果發現公司應制定出基本的風險對策，認清企業真正的需求，並以企業為主導實施ERP，同時諮詢不同軟體開發商，找出可客製或是相符使用之模版。而當ERP系統引進公司內部，需要給予使用者/管理者時間磨合與適應，透過加強自身對資訊化技術的學習讓公司整體依循同樣脈絡，有效檢核績效。

This paper examines the challenges and potential impacts of ERP implementation in small and medium-sized interior decoration companies. It offers recommendations to improve ERP implementation in the interior decoration industry through a questionnaire survey and provides peer references. Additionally, it suggests solutions to the bottlenecks and problems encountered during implementation. The study noted that companies should formulate a basic risk management plan, identify the real needs of their business, and implement ERP in a business-oriented manner. Consulting with various software developers to find customizable or compatible templates is also recommended. When introducing an ERP system, a company should allow users/managers time to adapt to it and to emphasize learning information technology to ensure the company as a whole can follow a unified approach and evaluate its performance.
