In the past decades, consumers' desires have shifted their focus on bathware products from functional toward comfort, design, and innovation. While bathrooms and architecture are intimately linked, bathrooms are considered an indispensable part of structure. In construction projects, bathroom products are also used by home buyers to judge whether the construction company is careful enough with the materials used, because this is one of the main product items that can be seen after the house is completed. Therefore, it is very important to promote the brand to the end user. In today's construction industry, costs are rising due to regulations, rising raw material prices, and labor shortages. The outcome is that the construction budget or case volume will be reduced, so market competition will become more intense for bathroom suppliers. In order to maintain the company's performance and profits in such a fiercely competitive environment, it will be very important to adjust strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes. This study explores the future trends and development of the bathroom product industry. Through a case study, create a research proposal based on five forces and SWOT analysis to re-formulate a business strategy in return for the maximum market value of this particular company. Adapt Porter’s five forces and SWOT analysis to reevaluate business strategies which create a company’s maximum market value. Therefore B company must ensure core value of product, service and operation focus on target customers, on the other hand with clear target customer group is more capable of focus on product also centralized inventory, collect related products to store in one or few preferred locations. This method helps simplify inventory control, lower cost and increase operation’s efficiency.
