It is worthwhile to consider how organizations can foster a positive psychology and optimistic attitude among employees through implementing various leadership styles. Doing so may enable employees to acquire the conviction that they can surmount any challenges encountered in the workplace, complete assigned tasks to a high standard, and experience a sense of well-being. This study investigates the relationship among three variables: health-specific leadership, perceived organizational support, and well-being. The study used a survey method in which questionnaires were given to Taiwanese and Vietnamese employees. A total of 202 valid samples were collected, and hierarchical linear regression was employed for data analysis. The research results are as follows: (1) health-specific leadership is positively associated with perceived organizational support; (2) perceived organizational support is positively associated with well-being; and (3) perceived organizational support mediates the relationship between health-specific leadership and well-being. This study discusses the theoretical and practical implications of the above findings.
